I specifically booked this “beachfront” hotel to be able to swim in the sea. Unfortunately a huge rock shelf stretching out front a small strip of sand prevented swimming of any kind!

HOtel was clean and everyone were friendly

Did not like the fact that there were no screen doors to keep the windows open during night to get fresh air.

beautiful view from the room, very unusual room design, but made with good taste. located in a calm area of pattaya, so if you want beaches, but don't want the seedy parts - this is the place to go.

We really like the room, the bathroom and the balcony. It feels like you’re a royal because the bed, table, chairs are like made of gold. And the resto beside the pool was really affordable, and it tasted really good. Overall, our stay was really great.

We wanted to buy some water because there’s no free water left but we can’t buy water at NIGHT. Imagine, we WANTED TO BUY IT, not ASKING IT FOR FREE. So if you don’t want to be thirsty make sure to buy water or drinks outside.

When taking a shower, the floor towel got wet.shower screen didn't stop it.But it was still a great shower.

Really nice hotel. Very comfortable, great size bedroom and nice balcony. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choice. We had no issues getting a sun-bed around the pool, there were always plenty free for 5 of us and no one reserved a bed. Sea is a little rocky but nice to paddle in. Pool staff were very helpful and friendly, lots of food and drink choices. It was only a 10 minute walk to terminal 21, very easy to get to. I liked the location of the hotel because it was away from the busyness of Pattaya.

Hate: Air conditioning was bad; auto shut off even after disabling energy saving mode and making sure doors closed. Miserable to come home after night out to hot/muggy room.Worst shower I’ve experienced in 10+ stays in Thailand, door won’t close all the way purposely. So the shower head was leaking water from pipe above where it spouts, water would be all over the floor after every shower and there’s no work around since door wouldn’t close.

Size and quality of the rooms, all staff were friendly.

Well-maintained hotel, ok staff, ok breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, with a superb view of the pool and the sea.

big problems with occupying a sunbed at the pool, only about 30 sunbeds for a hotel that hosts hundreds of tourists. After 8 am, 0 chances of finding a free place. small beach, and not arranged. the only option, to use one of the two private beaches nearby, where there are places all the time. the bathroom is large and clean, but I recommend bringing shampoo and shower gel from home...the ones provided are of very poor quality.

The opulence! The hotel was beautiful. The beach front location. The lovely staff. The shuttle. The very comfortable beds and quality bedding and the big white fluffy towels. Breakfast was adequate but catered predominantly for the Asian guests. The quietness and easy access lifts. Would definitely go back.

Poor selection of breads at breakfast. The only baguette was rock hard. The sun beds all in a line so no privacy.

Pool access room very heavy smell of mold

The hotel is next to the beach in a more secluded area and felt more luxurious than other places I've stayed at. The room was big, with lots of furniture to rest and relax. There was an electronic panel by the bed to control AC, lights and let the staff know if housekeeping was needed or not. The room had reusable slippers (instead of the usual disposable ones), bathrobes, water bottles (4 per day), cosmetics, hairdryer etc.The breakfasts served a variety of foods, western and Asian ones, warm and cold, including sweets.The pool area had sunbed and towels for the guests, there is also a restaurant with a great offer of savory/sweet dishes and drinks. I liked that the water in the pool was on a warmer side (the one in BKK hotel I stayed was super cold). There is a direct access to the beach, so it's safe to leave personal stuff around the pool area on a sunbed and hop into the sea for a swim. The staff was great, which is a norm in Thailand.

The electronic panel in my room mulfunctioned two or three times, but the staff took care of it immediately.My balcony was never in direct sunlight, so my towel/water shoes/swimsuit took at least several hours to dry (the humidity was wild).Although there was a hotel car, that was supposed to take guests every 30 minutes to the Dolphin Circle, it didn't always do that. Maybe guest are supposed to go and ask for the ride instead of just waiting in front of the hotel? The hotel wasn't far from Terminal 21, however after sundown it was not entirely comfortable going back on foot.

The location was great! Close enough to get to the nightlife, but far enough away not to be inside it!

We were unable to adjust the AC which made the room a little uncomfortable.

I have now booked this hotel 3 years in a row for our winter vacation and it’s a little gem. We’ve stayed at bigger hotels in the area and they can’t compare to this beautifully situated hotel. It has everything we like - location, best staff, great food, nice pool, clean and nothing is too much bother. I have told friends who also booked it and they too were impressed! Just brilliant
