Nice view of the water.

Everything felt like the idea was good, but execution was poor. Low quality materials; lack of hand towels for hand washing sink -- also the sink was oddly placed; food menu doesn't suit customer base (mostly Chinese).

Its a steep walk to the private beach for people with limited mobility but they have a beach front cafe as an alternative

The toilet is not working good, the pillow were smell like dust, the building is old.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and our rooms. We would return to this hotel in the future. It was a great place for our family vacation.

Our rooms were on different floors. We were hoping to be near each other.

Went in November last year. Beautiful location by the beach. Friendly staff. Breakfast is so good. Clean spacious room. Will definitely choose this place again if I visit Pattaya.

Nothing at all there was no aspect of my stay that I could consider positive.

This property is falsely presented as a “resort” when in reality it is just an average hotel. The beach is unsuitable for swimming, only for looking at. Cleanliness is mediocre, and the rooms suffer from excessive humidity, leaving the floors wet. The most alarming issue was finding a glass bottle in the swimming pool a serious safety hazard! What if someone had been injured and contracted an infection? This is completely unacceptable. I have photographic evidence of the bottle in my hand.

When the toilet is used for defecation, flushing alone does not clean it properly and additional water needs to be added manually.Also, when I checked in, I asked a staff member to book a car for me and he said it was confirmed. However, on the day I needed the car, another staff member told me that the booking was not confirmed, even though I had already confirmed it earlier.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the rooms and common areas were. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

1. Bedsheets were not a 100% clean 2. The beach head isnt ideal for swimming like other hotels on the same road like Pullman G for example 3. Breakfast is below average, not many vegetarians options and food not the best quality preparation

The property is nice and cozy, rooms are clean and cold. They also have access to the beach with live band music and fire dancing performance at night. They have a small cafe which is sea-view as well. The staff are friendly and accommodating, there was free juice upon check in. Also, the breakfast was really good with variety of foods.

There was nothing, but it is just better if their main building and building B are connected or have a tunnel connection for easier access.

Lovely clean rooms and big beds. Staff were lovely throughout and very helpful. The beachfront cafe topped everything off.

Nothing to do with the hotel but there were some other guests being noisy in the early hours of the morning on the balcony next to me.

Close to the beach

It was extremely smelly, and it was very loud as there was an engine room or a technical room at the terrace door. I felt very unsafe as there were very interesting people around the entrance and in the lobby as well. (Maybe party guests or so.) The location is like a dead end, it was hard to find. The room it self was not as bad, but the chair was very soiled, I did not want to touch anything, outside the floor and the door was very filthy, and empty bottles and cups next to the elevator. The staff was OK, I was not spending the night there and they drove me to the another hotel I booked instead.

There are many plug-in in the room which is more convenience for devices. The bed is not comfortable. The space of room is quite narrow.

Everyone is so nice. Breakfast is delicious. Prime location, only a few minutes away from Sanctuary of Truth. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. I just love everything about this hotel. Will definitely stay here I again if we go back to Pattaya.

Bookings.com ascehen I read first, it said breakfast included and when I booked room the breakfast then needing payed for, had a bit of a dispute with staff no fault of theirs, but kind of annoyed me when had good look at receipt and breakfast was 459 baht each when another 189 baht should gave covered it m, thought I was getting discount because I've booked a lot recently
