Breakfast! if you love Thai food, this hotel offers the high quality and high cost of material with unlimited River Prawns both Tom Yum and Fried with Tamarind Sauce. Other foods are quite very good as well.

Quality of Amenities in the hotel. I don't understand why this hotel use too common products in the room which they are sold in Makro or local shops. This hotel doesn't have water bottle to be hotel brand lable while other lower hotels have their own.

The staff was helping and friendly, it was quiet and peaceful, clean.. all around great stay

Only thing didn't like was the ocean water wasn't that crystal blue pristine you envision.. but beach was clean and relaxing to sit and enjoy.

Love this place , unique design, breakfast is the best I have ever had. Love swimming pool and library which I can drink hot chocolate from automatic coffee machine.

Definitely needed updated the walls were cracked and overpriced. It was decent but the sky pool villa at $375 a night expected more. Lost a key card wanted 300baht which is $15cad, are you kidding me ?

The breathtaking natural surroundings throughout the hotel and the design of the room with the private pool were wonderful The food and breakfast were good.

Facility is good although a bit old

- Majority of the staff interestingly are not in good mood. They act moody.- Hotel are popular from the breakfast with river prawn with tamarin sauce but it’s always all gone. Staff add 5-6 of it then it run out suddenly. - Lighting inside swimming pool was broken.

Good location, Clean place , Good service staff

Not worth the price. all amenities are under standard. Restaurant roof view for sea-view room view. Did not even wanted to try their food. Was expected more from the price we paid, other good reviews and stars. Cannot walk on the beach, lots of waste. Service was alright. Not impressed and feel wasted!

Nice clean villa, serviced every day of the week

The restaurant has a set menu... Same every day... Also the resort is quite far from pattaya Beach and main city. The beach in the front seems man made as during low tide the sand is all black...

Everything was very good. The staff were friendly.Breakfast was good with a large variation. The room was comfortable. The only thing we missed was a cupboard or a dresser to unpack all our clothes but housekeeping brought us a few more hangers which solved the problem.

only one fault - The Beach once the tide went out the smell was horrendous and the flies were irritating “BUT” that wasn’t the hotels fault… shame to be honest as everything was fantastic.

We stayed for 10 nights in a private pool villa for 70000 baht .When we checked in I asked the manager if our room was available for an extra night ,making it 11 nights .He checked and said yes ,you can have for 3400 baht .I thought this was a great price ,so I said yes.I asked him to print out the confirmation for the extra night and he said he would do it ,but hadn’t done it by the time we left to check in .He also forgot to give us back our passports .Next day I went to reception and it was his day off .They knew nothing about the extra night booking but come in the following day and see him .I did that and then he said the 3400 baht was for the basic room in the resort and I misunderstood him .Why would a manager give me a rate for the basic room when I asked could I extend for an extra night in the pool villa room where we were staying for 10 nights ?I told him that was very bad on his part .When we checked out 10 days later ,guess what? Our room had nobody coming in that night and that unprofessional manager cost his owner 3400 baht.It would have been good P R of him to do the right thing and let us stay in that room for his quoted price of 3400 baht .On principal ,we will never go there again

The location was amazing with spectacular view to the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they would show up to my room whenever I needed them. My spouse enjoy the message experience as well.

Just far enough out of the main city to enjoy tranquil peace and quiet

Beach front a bit small.Design of night hanging lamp above bed not practical and we often hit our heads into them.

The reception and cleaners were very helpful and professional. Management and reception were exceptionally efficient and professional in handling any problems. Breakfast was more than excellent. Good, clean pool, and cozy beach.

Pillows are uneven and clumpy. I prefer at least one memory foam pillow to be available. Gym was very small and lacked a rowing machine and a chest machine.
