Payment by online booking and then you have to pay cash at the reception. Booking system very suspicious and not safe.Why register all details of your credit card, when the account is not deducted????

We made a reservation on booking.com. It said 650 baht including taxes. However, they wanted 750 baht from us. Far from the city center. There is no hair dryer in the room.

The shower was cold the pool in the picture was really big bit there pool was really small it is deceiving the bed was rock hard

It is quiet and the balcony is lightspot there has the ashtray and racket

The location is out of the way someone may find it not easily

The hotel was beautiful, in a nice quiet location, easy to get into centre of pattaya or to the beach by taxi or by motorbike, which is not expensive using bolt or grab app.Staff here are so nice, they are very helpful.Pool is beautiful, outdoor toilets by pool, lovely area by pool.Queen room was beautiful, room was very big, plenty of lighting. Great air conditioning, very clean room and hotel. Lovely balcony, very big bed, fridge, TV with movie channels.Hotel is very clean, room cleaning is excellent.Daily free toiletries, 2 free bottles of water a day.They have a little area by reception with snacks crisps, biscuits, cold drinks that you can buy, hot and cold water, microwave, which is a nice.I absolutely loved it here, I have booked it again for another 8 days.Exceptional, good price.

My only complaint is when booking this hotel I wanted to pay on card, and it said on the bookingForm to pay by card. When I arrived there was no card machine and I was demanded to pay in cash, not a problem had I known this earlier but didn’t have enough on me which made it awkward not only for me but lovely lady behind the desk and this was not cool and needs sorting out!
