Best Western Plus Nexen Pattaya

The room is nice and clean. Comfortably spacious for my teenage son and I. It has all the features of a 4 stars hotel. I ordered a local dish from the hotel's restaurant which is absolutely delicious.

Only the location is abit far from touristy places and also there are no street foods or restaurants nearby. Only a 711

Modern, nice and clean hotel in a pretty good location. Terminal 21 is at a walkable distance. Friendly staff and good facilities, no complaints :)

The room is spacious and clean.

The drain cover under the sink is faulty — water only drains if I manually pull it out.

The staff at both the reception and breakfast were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, making for a very comfortable stay. The daily breakfast offered a great variety of options that changed every morning. Location-wise, it’s very convenient—there’s a 7-11 nearby, and it’s an easy walk to Terminal 21 and Central Marina. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pattaya!

The staff was welcoming. They offered us welcome drink.

First and foremost, the breakfast was not Muslims friendly at all. There were variety of pork dishes. Plus, there was lack of availability of English breakfast tea in breakfast buffet, which is a worldwide drink.

Everything was exceptional! Friendly and very welcoming staff, great facilities, our room smells fresh, super comfy pillow and bed, every corner was clean, tidy and smells nice even the gym area. They also have a small playroom on second floor. The buffet breakfast was to die for,so make sure not to miss. There is also an 7-11 right beside the hotel entrance.

Nothing at all.

Excellent quote place. Comfortable. Staff is excellent.

Location

Friendly staff and nice room!

Minor hiccup during checkin because the bell boy was busy

Great staff and the hotel is immaculate. Spacious rooms and washroom. Everything was spotless. It is located in the center of good eateries

Good breakfast selection and helpful friendly staff

All very fair for the price, no real dislikes

A mid size hotel near Terminal 21 and the beach. Clean pool and friendly staff.

A lot of cigarette smokers and smoking area was at the front. Breakfast was ok but come down late and you may find some items missing.

I liked the hotel is new and the cleanliness and the pool was nice, the staff was friendly.

Theres no balcony in the room and you cant smoke

Well designed, comfortable hotel with passionate very patient staff. Very little Russians, which is important for all, who are against invaders.

Smart TV extension is practically blocked, which is completely pointless and hard to understand. I had to negotiate to have it reset, but we got there.

Great, spacious and well equipped rooms. Sound isolation is decent. Staff is pretty helpful and always smiling. Restaurant in the hotel is decent. Bar even has happy hours. Pool is a good place to chill in the shade off you managed to burn before. Makro nearby, great for local shopping especially before departure.North Pattaya bus terminal is just 10 minutes to walk. Perfect for going to Bangkok or other cities.

TV in the room required you to log in to YouTube each time you switch it on. After some time it started lagging or stopping every few minutes. Announced All Share function didn't work at all unfortunately.

Near to my friend hotel

The staff can really understand English what I want and means, yes the can speak English only their understanding, I really high voice everything I ask they say no, yes, no, yes....at the end they still don't understand. Communication and understanding customers need is poor. How can a hotel so branded don't have Pre Authorised payment ?After full payment why I can't have my invoice with everyday stat price information.I book is included breakfast why can't change to remove breakfast discrip?

Great hotel on third street, lovely large lobby with a nice smell and fast wifi. Clean rooms with large French windows. Comfortable bed, clean and large bathroom, hot water always available. Good breakfast, with traditional Thai food.

New hotel in good location. We have good sleep here. Everything is brand new, super clean and good service. Parking space available for free.

Some amenity has to be ask.
