Everything about it was good, breakfast was excellent, rooms were superb and it was great value . Staff very friendly and supportive

The pool is cold as it’s nearly always in the shade

Property too good and especially I book suit family room nice and look like new . Most of the staff so nice some of them litte attitude and need to improve break fast but don’t matter over all I enjoyed

Rooms are nice

Nice hotel good for sleep in Pattaya. The coffee machine is really nice, pool refreshing and overall the outside courtyard is refreshing and peaceful. Lovely friendly staff.

Location can be a little confusing if you are using ride share two occasions going to the property and being picked up to go to the airport the drivers weren’t in the right area.

Nothing to complain

The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean.

I didn’t like that there was no phone in the room and old bath towels and no face towels.

The pool was very nice and the rooms were pretty big. The fact they give you reusable water bottles was very good and I admire them for the initiative

The breakfast was not to our liking. You had to choose two options but in the best scenario you liked one. We left plenty of food always on the table. It’s good they had fruits and some other little snacks to eat, otherwise we would’ve left hungry.

Sofa a little bit old and not so clean.

I liked that the apartment had two bedrooms and could fit 4 people.I liked that the apartment had a sofa and a table where I can work from.

I didn't like the lack of vegetarian options at the restaurant during breakfast.I didn't like the room with bunk beds as it was difficult to not make noise while climbing to the bed on top.

Not on main road. Some confusion when finding the place.

Staff is friendly. Coffee machine available in the lobby 24/7 and produces very good coffee. Price is good.

Shower either runs very hot or very cold- hard to get it into a reasonable temperature. Room cleaning could be improved- I was constantly finding long hairs on the floor even right after cleaning. Bed linen had stains and was not changed frequently enough- I don’t expect once per day but it seemed like it wasn’t being swapped untilmy very last night. It is impossible to completely darken the room with shades- I was personally unbothered but I know some people will be. No hand towels provided- only 2 large towels- first time I ever encountered this in a hotel. Pool bed uncomfortable.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed - staff were excellent

hotel staff very friendly and i love the way they give us a bottle that can refill water at lobby. Breakfast is good especially Thai dessert and palm fruit and free coffee 24hr. the room and toilet was clean. We had a good time and really enjoy our stay there.

A nice hotel away from the city noise and hustle bustle. Beds are comfortable. A nice swimming pool as well.

The room facilities stated with a balcony while actually there was no balcony in the room. The hotel is far away from the beach. The check-out process is annoying, they have to check your room before you leave the hotel premises. While I was checking out they told me that a tote bag is missing in the room while the bag was not placed in the room when I checked-in, which was frustrating.

We had such a wonderful stay at DeeProm Pattaya Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality is truly top-notch: always ready to help with a smile, even when our little one was happily running around the reception.The breakfast was absolutely awesome: delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated how child-friendly the hotel is. The staff were patient and kind, and they went out of their way to make sure our baby was comfortable.It’s rare to find a place where both parents and kids feel so welcome, but DeeProm Hotel Pattaya truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding service!
