Great staff, very friendly.

2BR Master Bedroom tub shower LEAKED water ALL OVER the floor. It didn't drain. Poor housekeeping staff had to mop it up every day, felt sorry fir them.

I was put in a room next to these Party animals that kept me awake all night. this went on for 4 nights. So I left and went up to Bangkok. But this tends to happen in Pattaya. Maybe they should keep party animals away from people who want some peace.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Arden Hotel and Residences. The location is perfect, the room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. What truly made my stay super wow was Ands—his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care went above and beyond. The entire staff was wonderful, but Ands truly made the experience unforgettable. Thank you all for such an amazing stay!

The property is good, rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel offers free shuttle service for 3 nearby malls which makes exploring little easier since the malls are closer to the beach

I appreciate the staff. Everyone was very attentive, polite and willing to assist in anyway. I'd like to personally point out 'Ands 'with management and most especially 'May' with customer service relations. She was a major help and provided me with all the amenities regarding my hotel stay. Thank you 'May! I also would like to show gratitude to the staff 'Poppy', 'Koong'and 'Nice'.

Unfortunately, the rooms are quite small, as are the bathrooms. The air conditioning is not central but made up of separate units, which is disappointing.The location was also below expectations — I was misled by the reviews. The hotel is more than a 20-minute walk from the beach under the hot sun, and the main shopping malls are over 30 minutes away. The area itself has only a couple of small malls, so the location is not convenient. You will definitely need transportation.Even the free shuttle has fixed schedules, and you must register 30 minutes in advance for each trip. Why not provide a flexible service that transfers guests based on arrival order?? The management was extremely unprofessional — I requested a late check-out, but they refused very harshly and rudely.Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing. I checked in late night and I choose the Executive Suite which was a 5 star suite. Everything so clean and shiny! The breakfast was so good and they have just everything you need for a breakfast! I want to mention the bed which was so comfy!!! I could stay all day in the bed. At the reception only the guy was nice. I extended my stay for 1 more night because only one night was available..The price in Booking.com and in the reception are the same. I give it an easy 9.0.

Not that mattered to us much, but the "city" view from our room was of a worn down house. It probably gets better if you get placed in upper floor rooms.

It is a beautiful and quiet place to stay in Pattaya for a week or more. The hotel is fabulous with all the necessary facilities including kitchen, washing machine, microwave etc. in the room (we stayed at room # 611). They have a decent balcony where you can hang your wet clothes to dry. Their breakfast was good with varieties of options. There is a complimentary ice cream stall in the lobby and they welcome you with a free ice cream which we found really sweet. Swimming pool is clean and big enough to swim and relax. Staff behavior was polite and good hospitality from the supervisor as they sent complimentary desserts to our room during our stay. However, you won't find much option to dine in around the neighborhood except a few. There is a 7-11 and mini C around to get necessary things. You can try the ground floor restaurant in the breakfast area which have decent food collection at a reasonable price. There are one or two massage centers nearby because it is located nearly 1 km away from the Pattaya beach. The hotel offers a free one way shuttle to the center like Central Marina/Terminal 21 which we found quite convenient.

As I mentioned before, if you like a vibrant neighborhood near the beach area then it is better to look elsewhere. However, if you like an isolated comfy place then this is an ideal option. There is not much to complain about the facilities as it is a hidden gem in Pattaya. However, I would like to raise an alarm about the room cleaning to the Authority as some of our stuff such as newly bought socks, an old nail-cutter were missing from the room. Although I don't think that is the fault of the hotel management but necessary steps need to be taken as it is difficult for tourists to lock everything including tiny things such as a nail-cutter in the suitcase before going out everyday. In addition, it is better if they install proper multi-sockets near the bed as they are positioned awkwardly behind the desk drawer. They have installed only USB 2.0 ports in the desks that are not sufficient to charge up all types of phones especially with type C cable. Lastly, the receptionist girl tried to give basic instructions so quickly with her English having a Thai accent, and when her English was not properly understood, she made an arrogant face which is kind of disturbing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the front desk, in the restaurant or the cleaning staff, everybody greeted you with a smile. The breakfast is excellent and provides a wide range of types of food. The room was nice and big and very clean. All facilities were in a good shape. The swimming pool was also lovely. I would definitely come back here!

I got the suit which was excellent. It was spacious clean and well equipped. The swimming pool and the gym were nice and restaurant staff were friendly. I think I will visit again.

It seem the reception has some weird policies. They asked me to show them my entry stamp for Thailand which was the first time I get this request although I have been to many other hotels in Thailand. Never knew that they are serving as immigration officers.I stayed for a few nights and wanted to extend but the suits were unavailable. I spoke with the front desk and told them I will extend in the deluxe room since it was available. However I was asked to check out from the suit at 12 then come back at 2 to check in again. I thought they were being sarcastic but unfortunately they were serious. I didn’t like this because I knew for a fact that rooms were available the day of the switch and the night before and they could have easily switched my room with no hassle. So I opted to switch to another hotel which gladly accepted me to check in at 12 if I wanted to.Finally, the ropes in the suit were dirty. All the other stuff was clean.
