The airconditioning.In the room i’ve got you cant change the direction of the air. Everything came directly on me when i was in my bed. When the speed of fan was set on the lowest level it was still too much.

Staff very helpful and attentive.Hotel has a lot of open space for working in the lobby.Breakfast set was good as well.

Need bigger chairs in the room.Refrigerator could not keep the ice cold

How this property is rated 5 stars is beyond me ???I have stayed at 3 star properties much nicer than this hotel. For the price that I paid I was expecting more AND much much better service!! Customer Service was lacking horribly… I can list a dozen examples but the one that really got me was having to wait 10 minutes when checking out for them to “inspect” our rooms. Unbelievable!! On a side note… this property obviously caters to extremely rude Chinese travelers, my stay here was uncomfortable and by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

The room was very tidy and hotel design is very nice especially the swimming pool and all staff very polite.

On our journey, we stayed in four different hotels on various islands before Terra Nara. This is the best hotel of the trip and is in a slightly quieter area of Pattaya. + Everything essential is within walking distance, including food restaurants, bars, massage parlors, markets, and, of course, the Terminal 21 shopping center. + The rooms are tidy, the bed is comfortably soft, and the air conditioning works well. + There was never any congestion during breakfast.

- The breakfast was reasonable, but if you crave European culinary experiences, there could be more options. - The pool slide was very slippery, and caution is advised while using it. - Our room had very few pieces of furniture. It was clearly lacking some chair/sofa and a table.

The cinematic room system - the projector, difficult to set up.Air con slightly noisy There is no air con in the lobby, bar, reception and hallways. Since it’s very hot, you can’t really use the hotel bar for example. No spa facilities and the pool area has very little sun beds. No towels available.Not the hotel’s fault, but due to the location, very noisy (you can hear the bass from 10 pm to 4-5 am).

The external environment looks good. Bright and spacious

rooms were sparce and lacked sofas and chairs to be even considered a 5 star hotel.

Minimalistic simple absolute stunning and great room and great breakfast and great area and pet friendly ( it’s divided in two wings - one for all with animal and one for no pets )Everything is great there

The staff were very friendly and they took good care of us. The facility was great they had place for dogs to run around. their hotel is very new and very clean. Very happy with the stay and will definitely visit again.

As it was a pet friendly hotel but the pool was not pet friendly. However I think they had great facility for pet. The pillow was a little to high and stiff.

Staffs are so helpful as well as very friendly, great location my friend and I we stayed during SongKran festival many good food around. Thank you!

The balcony door lock didn’t work so that remained unlocked for the stay
