Payment was made on site upon check-in. When booking, I indicated check-in time from 19:00 to 20:00. We arrived at 19:30. We were denied check-in due to lack of available rooms.

The place were terrible, really dirty, i don’t think they have cleaned the place in years. They even charged us double.

In side room there is no window..toilet not cleaned ,beats not clean. There no health and safety. People not helpful.

Booked (and paid) 2 rooms, but guy in reception told us he will change our 2 rooms for 1 bigger room. After some discussion we still could have our 2 rooms but never been in such a terrible place before. Ok the timing wasnt good because of fire festival in Pattaya but I cannot recommend this hotel in any case. We cancelled our booking after 1st night without getting any money back.

Didnt like anything there. The bed, the curtains, lights etc etc. Terrible place

booking.com charging high but this accommodation is not Werth to live nothing is there as per given booking.com and all room so much bad smell that you can not live over there. please do not buy room here. zero facilties. I already complain to booking.com please take survey of this hotel and block it. so other poeple do not suffer. Indian owner and pakistani staff all playing with customer and i tried out 4 room but air conditioner was not working. finally we ask to be there as it was last day but they got booking and said that you have to pay 2000 B per though it was in 500B after paying so much people not getting all facilities. please do not book here . all bath room not good ....

except location nothing is to.like ... boycott this hotel they are putting down name of INDIA ??

The hotel at the good location, but staff is not sufficent, only one staff is involved. The hotel is dirty, bed smell. The bed sheet, pillow and blanket provide us used by another border. Behaviour of emploee is not good. Our experience is not good..

I am disappointed that booking.com keep these type of hotel at their app.

I had a very negative experience with my recent hotel booking at Encore Sea View. Upon arrival at 05:30 pm, the room was not prepared at all; it only had a dirty mattress with no actual bed. Additionally, the room looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com, which was incredibly misleading and obviously there is no sea view. The surroundings were uncomfortable and not suitable for couples, making the stay even worse. To top it off, when I was ready to pay with my card, they denied the transaction, which was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing to like, it's a trash. Looks like an abandoned place. Smells bad....

My worst stay in Thailand. I couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from a big fan/ventilator outside the room. Very uncomfortable night. Next day after complaint they gave me another room which was very smelly and dirty. The horrible smell of mould. It still makes me sick thinking of this place. The 2 staffs were good but the owner was very unfriendly and unpleasant guy.

Except two guys working there nothing else is recommended.

Everyone at the hotel speaks Hindi & Bengali. You won’t even feel you came outside India. Special thanks to Alam, you are a very good person!

Room service could have been better. It was okay for me as I travelled solo.

Nice place for holiday. Quiet place to take a good rest holiday. The breakfast they looks so good and so many choices to eat.Many interesting things to enjoy was near the hotel. I‘ll come back soon .And the staffs are so kind and friendly.

Good location to relax and go to the beach. Nice restaurants all around and easy to find taxis if need to for sightseen. Recommend to stay here if coming to Pattaya.

Great hotel, suitable for everyone in the family. Beautiful location close to sea beach. Clean rooms, fully equipped with amenities. The service provided by the staff is excellent. Breakfast is superb.

Disgustingly uncooperative Indian staff. They tried to rip off money, did not provide the reserved room with two beds, and did not confirm the cancellation of the reservation.

When we reached the hotel, they said that your room is booked. We could not book the room because you did not pay in cash. You gave the room to others after receiving the cash payment.
