Super friendly staff, daily cleaning, nice location, It was very quiet and calm, the air conditioning was powerful

Breakfast . Lack of choices . Needs some good coffee machines .

staff are literally shouting and yelling at customers, even if you wish to smoke a vape in the balcony - its a big crime that ended up for the staff shouting at us to the ground floor and then the same employee of the hotel ( a guy) came to our room so angry and kept yelling at us even though after he yelled at us from the ground floor we complied and told him nicely that no one told us that the balcony was off limits to smoke generally the staff at the hotel are overall not trained in customer service- even at break fast if we ask for a spoon the lady make a big face and then shouts and tell us from her counter because she cannot move as she is on her phone and tell us to go and get it our self.

It’s a lovely hotel, too is spacious and the staff very friendly. The rooftop pool is a big plus!

The breakfast is a bit basic but still ok!

Great location and close to Jomtien Beach. Plenty of restaurants around, if you are willing to explore and the area has a very chill atmosphere. Rompho Complex around the corner, for those into the night-life.

Room view wasnt the best but not much of a problem honestly, as was out of the room most of the day.

Not much worth mentioning.The staff was polite till you reqch out with a Problem.Then the polite disappear and its everyones elses Fault and the cant help you

The room we got was not the room we did book.We did book a 1 bedroom, 1 seperate living room and 1 bathrooms Suite. And we did pay for it.What we got was a decent sized normal 1 room Hotel room.Reception did understand our Problem but plainly said it's their marketings fault and they cant and wont help aus. Also they did tell us we wont get a free cancelation Option. If we leave we still have to pay them.The toilet was leaking and it wasnt fixed in our 5 day stay.The Walls are very thin and the doors arent tight.You could hear everything from the cleaning crew to the "Action" of the Neigbours to the noise from the bar complex outside.They dont have Sound insulation Windows.And the aircon is even for a older Hotel very noisy.I general it may be a for Thailand ok 3* hotel but that's the most i would give them.

Sadly there was one rude member of staff at reception and totally ignored my partner and served others that arrived after him. Other than that all staff very friendly and great hotel

No pool bar or restaurant.Pool area could be better, more seating and loungers

Location was good for getting around the local area and not to far from central Pattaya. Most of the staff where extremely helpful

Pool area needs more sunbeds as there where only around 6/8. One little thing that was extremely annoying was being charged for cleaning a towel. My wife has pink hair and after a shower there was some pink on the towel. IF IT HAD STAINED THE TOWEL, I could understand being charged for it. but they left the towel in our room (housekeeeping) after rinsing the towel in our sink in the bathroom the towel looked the same as before. It really can be the little things sometimes that annoy us the most

Location was very good, Good hotel but a little pricey, room was clean but a little tired.

Clean, tidy. Good space. Amazing swimming pool. Great location. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Nothing. Beds are on the hard side but still better way than some of the 5 star frauds.

Not a wide selection but plentiful and savoury

My aircon was difficult to operate. It always ran too cold despite adjusting the temperature. It was an isolated case as my friend's rooms were okay

The swimming pool was lovely with a sea view

I felt they were trying to catch you for money. Ex. Paying for a little water cover for bottle that went missing, it didn't cost much so it's not the point. It was more the fact that we paid for 4 rooms and spent alot of money there and they grabbed at the opportunity to make 2euro off us. It was silly but off putting. Same with bed sheets that had to be washed, they charge per stain not per sheet lol. Just to be aware of those things when staying. It's nice in every other way just that I felt they would find anything to charge a little extra even after spending alot of money initially. 4 rooms we booked in total
