Nothing at all

The breakfast was so bad and same food everyday and all is Thai food and the reception people was talking so badly with us and the bed uncomfortable and so old

terrible would never recommend this hotel

Safe was locked and staff unsure when they could get opened.Lights above the bed would not switch off, staff member did not care.Requested a double bed but got two singles pushed together you could feel the join and the space betweenDid not stay the full time only stayed one night ended up booking another hotel which was an unexpected expense.Hotel really tired and not to clean

1. Unfriendly and Rude staffs create uncomfortable staying Environment 2. Hotel Breakfast Menu is same for Everyday and options are very limited.

It was a lavish accommodation for a beautiful location. There was not one thing that I didn't like. Maybe they could have given me a few more coffee saches or something ?. But then there was that sumptuous breakfast.

I like the location and it is always quiet. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Lack of a workout facility.

Room is good, Breakfast is very Phatic, worst i could say. there is no option available. it is good to have outside. Room don't have Wifi facility. after reminding several times also i didn't get wifi till my checkout date. Hotel don't have Suitcase weighing machine. first time I have seen a hotel not having weighing machine.

Rooms is good, that's all I can say.

The size of the suite was great. Seperate kitchenette and bathroom was excellent. Shower was strong, hot and spacious and the bath was great. Location is exceptionally good with some great places to eat nearby and a 7/11 just 50m from the hotel.

The rooms are dated. I can see that this would have been lovely when it opened but its starting to show its age. There was clearly some significant water damage previously in our room. The refusal to provide a second key for the room was a royal pain in the *** for us, getting into the room when my partner was asleep meant going back down to ask someone to let us in. The listed balcony was standing room only and unusable with the two aircon units blowing hot air. Staff weren't rude at all but not exactly welcoming or warm either.

Friendly staff, good size room, nice and quiet, great hotel. Love everything

Nothing can find

excellent hotel. everything is fine. but why didn't they put soap by the sink? Such a small thing, but it spoiled the overall impression a little. We arrived late from the airport and it was impossible to wash our hands. everything else is good.

The rooms they don't have Aircon ... It just a fun ventilator... After I checked in one of the receptionist told me that I had to wait for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes was only air in the room. Was not proper clean. Immediately I went to another hotel but the refuse to give me my money. They don't know about hospitality.

Great room design with a lot of space, comfy. Real premium feel. 5-10 minutes from Walking Street and Beach Walk.

The coach looked like it has witnessed more then a few parties. After closer inspection it gave away the "let's rather have an acid bath" feeling just by looking at it, let be touching it.

you can't park your motorcycle l came midnight l wanted to park in the car park the lady from reception came out she told me not to park lol

Room was very nice. Big bed but limited toiletry supplies- no hand soap.

We went to find the pool and was told there was no pool and it was an old photo on the website. Breakfast was basic but ok.
