Moist and cold

AC has leakage inside room. Entire floor gets wet whenever balcony is opened despite AC being shut off for hours.

Private location. Premium .

Bed was too soft . Theres no lumber support

The hotel was beautiful, amazing design, comfortable, with a lot of space. All staff was lovely and helpful, they made us feel welcomed and ensured that we were comfortable.

Nothing it was great.

Met the new manager, timmer I think his name.. very aware of what's going.. always talking, asking questions to guests if you need anything.. watched him work with staff.. very nice and professional.

Stay was to short!!

nice hotel good staff decent food

location was terrible. once you left the hotel you were on a highway. it was the april festival so taxis took 30-60 mins to come. some time it took 20-30 mins to have your grab accepted. the nearest 7-11 is a one Km walk. the nearest outside massage place is much further. it was boiling so long walks were not fun. similarly there is only one restraunt near by (10-15 min walk), which although nice is not enough.

Pool is nice, rooms are comfortable and modern

Breakfast was good but lunch/dinner at the 608 restaurant is mediocre: thai food looks to be cooked by non-thai chef.

Breakfast selection was amazing, very impressed.

Could have had more sun beds by the pool and the spa was way too cold.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. The staff are very friendly.

The room and bathroom is outdated and needs an upgrade asap.

The room is big enough for 3 persons. All staffs are very friendly and nice. Breakfast is also good with a lot of choice.

very disappointing stay

The pool was closed and the hotel was full of workers. The beach sitting area was dirty and full of insects. The food in the open buffet was average in terms of quantities and taste (feel that you are in a trainee resturant!!!) Taste and spices are so poor. The chefs and personel behind the food counters doesn't speak English!!!!! The service staff in the resturant were always lost and not professionally trained. The working swiming pool was too small for the number of guests and it was a big mess!!!! We had to lcut our stay and eave early.

Room is very spacious with great sea and sunset view. Some light switch require maintenance. Bed is soft and very comfortable. Breakfast with wide variety of food and quality is good. Chief is doing a good job.

The beach is dirty and swimming post to be a challenge. It is also a public beach.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained and clean.Swimming pools are amazing, Breakfast buffet is fabulous,Staffs are friendly and accommodating,For sure will come back again.
