Tye manager try to charge me 500 baht for the ladyboy visitor , he is very rude , he ask me to be the last day at the hotel

Once again I wanted to extend my stay for an additional day but I was refused and forced to check out. Then I searched online for room availability but in vain. Eventually, I had to move to another nearby hotel which was a quite frustrating moment.

I wanted to extend my stay but they didn't allow me. I had to check out and then book a room again from your website. They forced me to check out and search for available room online. They didn't entertain my request to manually check in or letting me there for another day. So, I had to do this and change my room and shift my all luggage from one room to another.
Location was good for supermarket electronics and eating places. Refrigerator was good and excellent size
No tea or coffee provided. While small bottles of gel and shampoo were in the bathroom no soap for the wash basin. Small amounts of water leaked down the walls in the bathroom. No chair but a sofa and I had to request a table for the room. Wifi was average and at times slow.

Very bad service. Specially from females. Got No entra towels or toilet paper. Noe room service available when you need it. Breakfast in another hotel by walk 10 min. Bad food
Very nice lobby, rooms dob't match the same standard, however for this price can't complain
Rooms are bit old and could be cleaner after room service. (Hairs on floor, tiny things, nothing major)

The room. There is only one towel. There are no tea and coffee bags and no sugar although there is an electric kettle and water bottles. The shower and toilet are in reasonable condition
