Cosy Beach Hotel

The view was amazing

Every thing seemed ok to start until bedtime, the room and bed looked fresh and clean but after being in bed for half hour the stench coming out of the pillows and mattress was overwhelming, as it was late we slept on the floor and used our own towels as covers and pillows, the next day I explained to hotel our experience of the bed and quiet frankly they didn’t give a dame , luckily we were only there for one night, my advice is give the place a miss, the brows a wast of time as well.

Just the right amount of decoration. We like something simple but comfortable.

rooms could be littel bigger.THe internet is very poor. we had to reconnect everything i enter in the room.THere is not adequate transport from here to city or other places. Only to call a grab.This area should be connected with a moble transport like other areasAnd finally, there was so much mosquitos !!

the breakfast was wonderful.the beach also nice. But the beach side jungle has snakes.i have seen big green snake ( must be poisonous) on the stair from hotel yard to the beach.

The wifi was poor and everytime i close the laptop or go out from the wifi range, we needed to enter the wifi password and user name Since it is somewhere not on public transport.. we had to use grab everytime

We love the location!It's walkable to the beach, and to local restaurants. Breakfast was very good.The hotel has two swiming pool, which is very nice.The bed is comfy, and the sea view is amazing.

The staff at the towel station is not friendly at all.

room was beautiful, a bit rustic, but spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the beach in a mellow area.

Beach looks right beside you, but you have to walk to main hotel and then down a tough set of stairs to finally get to the beach. I was recovering from ankle surgery, so the uneven steps were challenging both down and up from the beach.

Location and surrounding hotel. The view and restaurant around is super nice.

beds are way to hard for me, I don't understand why a hotel with many Europeans does this?

Rooms are clean and well maintained even though the hotel is a bit outdated. No bugs or mold in the rooms. Good soundproofing of the rooms. The breakfast is OK, not too much choice but it was different between 2 days that we stayed. Good large pool. Very nice view from the hotel area to the beach.

The reception staff are tired and nervous, probably overworking. The hotel floors outside rooms looks like 40-year-old 2* hotel, dark and with roughly painted walls (however, rooms and hotel lobby look much better and fresher). The A/C control in the room is messed up - min is max and vice versa.

Staff is helpful and fast response. Location is good and with a lot of restaurants.

Hotel is a bit old and not looking good. More like a condominium rooms.

Air conditioner was weak. Not enough pools and pool chairs. Some of the clientele put their towels on the chairs early in the morning. Breakfast was ok but not great. Not enough coffee machines. Not enough variety of fruit.

Staff was not helpful There was nobody to help with our luggage and receptionist asked us to carry our luggage by own

Lobby tables not cleaned regularly. Air con in lobby area would nice. Liked the quietness out of main stream pattaya. Shower water leaking onto floor in bathroom no matter how hard we tried to keep in bath area.

Breakfast choice was excellent. Internally the Hotel was very good, however the external was tired and lacked maintenance. The extensive Decking had numerous broken sharp holes and the artificial grass has tripping hazards & wants replacing. The whole external area needs painting

Pool Bar was not manned all the time which was frustratingThere was nobody to enforce the normal Pool rules with noisy swimmers most nights around 1.30 in the morning making a racket.

I am staying in this hotel the second time. The second time I stayed in the mini suite with my family and it was amazing. Everything is amazing - the view, the location, the food, the room, the facilities. I can't believe people call this a 3-star hotel. It deserves better.

No Bacon

Great resort for a family with kids. Easy access to the beach, clean, comfortable rooms, and decent breakfast. Pictures on booking.com don't do justice, it was really a great value for what we paid.

The hotel is located at an exceptional view point looking out on Cosy beach and has very nice restaurants and markets nearby. This is by far one of the best beach-side vacation experiences we've had.

There could be more fruits in the breakfast. Fresh fruits are a Thai specialty, but the hotel focused more on Western breakfast items such as bread and waffles. No doubt that appeals to kids and to Western tourists in general, but a Thai holiday without mangoes and papayas seems a waste. We even skipped breakfast on the our last day in the hotel and instead ate a lot of fruits we bought at the night market the previous evening.

Small bathroom. Don’t like to gave a shower inside the bathtub. Only average breakfast. Hotel allows towels to reserve pool-beds.
