nice looking place and even though the room was ridiculously small, it was decorated well.

One of the reasons i selected this hotel was breakfast was supposed to be included. they provided coffee and cookies. Not sure how they call that breakfast. Also I've had shoe boxes larger than the bathroom. I didn't even shower there. Too small.

Room was spacious, neat & clean.

Breakfast options for vegetarians is very poor. They have nothing but bread & fruit for vegetarians. This needs to be worked upon.

The location was around a 10 minute walk to the beach and had a wonderful pool

Old facilities, and the comfort room had a smell whenever the water was used

The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. The housekeepers were delightful. Location was great, only 3-4 blocks from Jomtien Beach.

Breakfast was a disappointment, with instant coffee and white bread. The front desk always seemed understaffed.

Location and facilities are wonderfull, staffs are very friendly :)

The mattress is too hard to sleep on :(

Excellent location to Jomtien Beach... Quite Place...Very helpful staff especially the ladies at the reception... Rooms are decent and clean, housekeeping good... Will definitely book again if I come to pattaya

Road leading to Hotel is the bad although it's a small patch of 150 mtrs... Local authorities could do something to better it...

Good location. Bare bones room. Close to Walking Street and beach. They guy working front desk in the morning was extremely unhelpful. He had no idea how to get us a car to the bus station. He kept pointing to a sign for private car to airport. My companion is Thai, so language was not a barrier. The guy is clueless. Women working at check-in time and at night were good.

Lack of toiletries. Only one night stand by bed. Lack of outlets.

Hard bed.No lock box in the room.The hotel is kept clean, but everything is very worn out.Don't bother with the breakfast. If you want breakfast, go to the cafe across from the Gold Karaoke. The coffee is terrible.

The staff were very lovely and helpful with everything, cleaning every day, and fresh water bottles.Had a lovely breakfast every morning as well.The only thing was that the bathroom needs an update

For the price the hotel is good with an add on swimming pool.Also near from the Jomtien bus terminal(500m-550m) walk.

Well I feel there was more chloroform used for the swimming pool.

Overall, the place offers excellent value for money. While the rooms may benefit from an update, they were comfortable during my stay for a few days. The hotel’s location is advantageous, situated directly across from a major road, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simple yet substantial, which is a significant plus.

Was clean and the staff was friendly

The aircon was really loud and the beds where very soft but other than that it was good. Also for the money you can’t really complain.

Disappointing

Horrible, disgusting, inescapable, unbearable smell. My wife had an allergic shock. We left half an hour after checking in.
