Huge, comfortable rooms and beds, decent breakfast, good location (BUT see comments regarding room below). Soi pothole is now thriving, 5 mins walk to Treetown, 10 mins to beach/Mikes Mall via Soi LK. LK Metropole is even better for location.

There is a new restaurant/bar complex built behind Soi Pothole and one of the bars has OUTRAGEOUS levels of noise until 4 am. Do NOT get a room facing third row street.

Nice building and well managed. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and informative. Location is second to none. Hotel is located within walking distance to Pattaya Nightlife.

The cleanliness of the room. The decor of the room. Front doorman staff, room size, housekeeping. I loved this place. I stayed there 2 times in the same trip. I should have never left the first time.pq

Yes, the shower drain makes absolutely no sense. It should be sunken. So alot of water on the floor. Super Annoying. However I loved this place.

Great hotel been back 3 times now. Clean good staff and cheap for what you’re getting.

I had a one-bedroom on the 21st floor on the Jomtien-side of the building, with fantastic views and a private balcony. It's a large hotel with a lot of people coming and going, so you have a lot of privacy. The staff is really nice and helpful when you need them, but otherwise they leave you alone. There is a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel and several restaurants a few steps away. The breakfast is very big and superb with great service, definitely worth it.

A small downside is that you hear chairs getting dragged on the floor constantly from surrounding rooms. Also, it is a bit stressful to cross 3rd Road by foot multiple times a day (to go into town) as traffic can be heavy and you usually can cross only one lane at a time and then have to wait in the middle of the road to cross the other lane, which can be a little sketchy at night.

The bedroom was extremely comfortable. The view from the room was great.

There are so many small bugs, like baby cockroachs. However they didn't annoy.

Breakfast - excellent choice and quantity. Fast lifts! Very clean. Great staff ! Electronic room clean request was brilliant.

Surprised that there was not a bar (apart from the fridge in the lobby) . However with the excellent restaurant across the road and the 7 Eleven next door - we managed ! Room service was somewhat limited.

Clean, great staff, great location.

Everything was perfect, if I’m being picky , the only problem was the sun leaving the pool at midday!

The location was good. The room was nice and spacious. Air conditioning systems was good.

I saw the staff actually not replacing or washing cups and glasses in the room. They just used a cloth to wipe them! Disgusting

My "go to" hotel whenever I'm in Pattaya, the sun dissappears behind the hotel after 1, but you can go to the lk metropole & use the pool there 5 min walk.
