Pros +
- Hotel is close to the beach and to major Mall`s. Kindness of the stuff, rich breakfast choice every morning.
- Good hotel and breakfast was excellent; will book again
- Everything - the location was amazing (within walking distance to the beach and Terminal 21), the room was clean and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty.
Cons -
- A special cleaning lady, who came a few times at 16.30 to clean the room, knowing that we will refuse it at that time, therefore she can rest with a job "well done".
- Room is not sound insulated, one can listen other person coughing in next room and obviously free mysterious sounds
- Parking was a bit cramped

Parking was a bit cramped
Location is very good, nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful personnel.
Beds could be softer.
* Location was great very close to Terminal 21. Quiet neighborhood.* Room was very nice* Breakfast was amazing* Staff was very polite and helpful
* Unstable internet connection* It is not easy to early check-in here (Surely not their responsibility).
Great location. Great staff. The breakfast was awesome everyday. Definitely would stay.here again
A lot of people leaving early and also returning late at night caused a bit of noise.
VERY CLEAN HOTEL IN A QUIET STREET ,VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS , ROOMS ARE SMALL BUT HAVE A BIG BATH AND SHOWER.STAFF ARE GOOD AND QUITE FRIENDLY, INTERNET CONNECTION IS OK, BUT NOT ALWAYS ON , TINY POOL ON ROOFTOP SO NOT VERY GOOD FOR SWIMMING.

Breakfast was amazing. Room is amazing. Just an awesome hotel
Yellow pool tiles are bit off putting, but the pool is very clean

No one answered my message via booking.com.
Rooms are clean, Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Location is excellent.
The breakfast buffet should be available till 10 am as described and not already consumed by other guests at 09 am.
Good location, bed, staffs, and breakfast!
The wall is thin
Very friendly and polite staff ?
Bathtub design can't keep the water from flooding the floor, and the water does not flow away easily. This only thing makes it a bit uncomfortable to exit the shower and use the toilet. Otherwise, the room was a bit tight but fairly comfortable ?
Location very good, close to terminal 21 pattaya and big C
1) bathtub very high, to my knees not safe to go in and out 2) no shower curtain, every time come out of shower too much water on the floor 3) remove room card from the holder no more AC, you have to know how hot pattaya is and how humid is! No AC the bed is wet everyday… 4)booking.com show breakfast included that’s why I booked this hotel months ago but actually not included! Contact customer service twice but no response, bad experience!
The location was good, the staff are very friendly and the room is very cozy.
Unfortunately the room we got was no balcony and facing the sun in afternoon, Therefore, it must be covered with curtains at all times and no view from our room. Moreover the price pretty high according to the hotel's facilities.
Lovely comfortable rooms and a good location
Noisy guest slamming doors

The corridors are somewhat dark some light needed?
Good locationGood breakfastNice rooftop pool even if yellow tiles doesnt give it the nicest colour!Friendly staff
Aircon location in the room is in a corner, so doesnt really get the bed or the half of the room where the bathroom is near, so the whole room never really feels cool.
Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were excellent, very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were modern and very clean and just a short walk to the beach.
