    Pros +

    • The room was pretty nice with a great view.
    • The staff were nasty when my room smelt like sewer and it got into my clothes forcing me yo wash 4 loads of laundry and get no sleep! The staff tried to get rid of me after i mentioned it multiple times, they sais because i had to leave for a sightseeing.
    • Affordable, clean, beds&pillows good, water hot. Door men and security VERY nice and helpful.

    Cons -

    • There was nothing near or around the hotel, so it was a essentially to me in the "middle of the desert". If you want any nightlife, drinks, restaurants, bars, etc. I had to hire a taxi to go into town.
    • It smelled horrid, the smell got into my clothes and I get zero sleep after coming across the world to see Japan. The staff turned another family away for a hot room as I was standing there. Not the upstanding and honest experience I was told about.
    • Elevator waits are long, checking in and out long waits. Not near any attractions, bolt a must.

Rooms are clean. Got everything you need in the room. It was cleaned properly every day. Staffs are nice. Parking is good. Room service a bit slow. Pleasant stay.

When you have to share the lobby ( and staffs) with a big Chinese tour group.

    Very average

Checking in was very busy and took 40 minutes. The swimming pool was over crowded and not clean.

    8PanupongPosted on: 11-16-2025

Lobby smells really nice, the complimentary welcome drink and snack set in the room, and the staff are very polite.

Waited too long for the lift, no plug at head or side of the bed it's not convenient. No lighting in shower room just only one spot at washbasin side, so it's a bit dark when taking a shower. The room not well soundproofed, I could hear other guests closing the door.

Great hotel, nice rooms with view, comfortable beds, wave pool was great, the employees were excellent very helpful. I've been here for a month and would stay here again. The staff were very helpful especially Gina and Mint

My wife and I travel at least 3-4 months per year and centre point was the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in. The room had two areas the bedroom and kitchen with small patio. It had big windows with great views l. The bed was comfy. The employees were the best I've seen very helpful was Gina and Mint at front desk. It had a wave pool that was very nice. It's close to Bangkok hospital. Just all around a great experience.

Fun for kids to swim, need more elevators!!

Not enough elevators for the guests.

It's worth the money and a very friendly hotel.Shuttle bus available to different areas free of charge. The lounge on the 22nd floor is amazing and an excellent place to relax and enjoy the view.

Breakfast was not containing any Halal food which makes it very difficult to our kids ??.

I had such a great experience! The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for something light or a hearty start to the day. Everything was well-stocked and neatly presented, with friendly staff making sure it stayed that way.The pool area was another highlight. The pools were sparkling clean and clearly well-maintained, and the convenience of having poolside towels readily available was a nice touch. It made relaxing by the water effortless and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay with thoughtful details that really enhanced the experience!

This hotel offers clean, spacious, and modern rooms, and the breakfast was a definite highlight.

However, it's worth noting that the building was originally a condominium, and this design presents some drawbacks for hotel guests. The limited number of elevators often resulted in noticeable waiting times. Similarly, the swimming pool and common areas felt undersized for the number of guests. Parking was also a challenge, with insufficient spaces available. The check-in process could be a nightmare, with potential waits of 2-3 hours, which was inconvenient after a long journey.Overall, while the quality of the rooms and breakfast were commendable, the limitations stemming from the building's former use as a condo significantly impacted the overall experience. Potential guests should be aware of these potential inconveniences, particularly regarding elevators, common areas, parking, and check-in times.

The room is too big and clean and very comfortable, we love it.

The lift is not Enough for Guests, The facility is not capacity for all Guests in the same time, Check in duration 1 hr.

Nice view clean room good for kid

    8MikhailPosted on: 3-13-2025

Facilities in the property are very good and quite exceptional for families with children.Having “own” mini-aquapark is a win

    1) All good comes with pretty high price, of course it all depends, but my wallet still hurts2) Very far from center/beach side of Pattaya, hotel located near and even beyond the Sukhumvit road, so going anywhere (massage/party/beach/etc) requires more taxi and more time.

    10ElisePosted on: 3-2-2025

    Pool was amazing friendly staff

Lifts were abit long wait time and not much around but it was ok cheap enough to get a bolt

    6RoshanaseemPosted on: 3-1-2025

    Was clean

Breakfast area is a mess. Too many rooms and too little space to accommodate breakfast guests. Space planning is awful. No relaxing area. No spa. No bar. It’s a day visit hotel for meeting . Not for a relaxing holiday . Room hallway is very hot .

    7EzequielPosted on: 2-28-2025

The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean, and they provided a baby cot as requested.

There was always a problem with the key cards when using the elevators, it took many many attempts to finally get to our floor during our stay. Being a family-oriented hotel we had great stays in the past, but our last visit wasn't that good, especially the water as it was very cold for a kid, it seems they wanted to save on the electric bill.
