Jomtien Hisotel

The wifi was not working at the hotel. I explained to them that I needed wifi to work from the room. After the first day, when the wifi didn't work, I left. I asked for a refund on the 3 days that I did not stay there - they said no. Extremely frustrating

Cleaning staff very nice and friendly.

One of the ladies at the front desk was rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

Location was good, right close to the beach, above 7-11 store, near Jomtien night market. Good sea view from the pool.

The staffs were not aware of my booking when I reached counter though I reserved room way ahead of check in time. But it wasn’t a big issue.

Nice location, not in a real busy area across the street.From the beach, my room had an amazing view. For the most part, staff was friendly and helpful.

Through booking.com, I originally booked a short stay.Then, I went back in to extend it from just a few days to 2 weeks. Somehow both bookings stuck. I requested a cancellation through the website of the first shorter duration booking. I received a response that it was being processed and I needed to confirm with the hotel. When I got to the hotel, they told me I was being charged for both stays and to cancel, I had to get approval through the through the bookingcom website.I let them know that I did do that and the website told me I had to get final OK from the hotel.Neither party wanted to help me and I ended up literally being double charged for the same days. Sadly, I will never return to that hotel and will never use booking.com again.

The ocean view was great. Location was good.

Some staff were rude especially the one guy. They were stingy with hangers. Black mold in the shower stall, slippery floor when wet. Water remained in the stall all night. No hair dryer. Bathroom door was rotted away at the bottom, so the door stop didn't stop the door.

I like the location and the view.

Last year when I visited there was breakfast and this time there was no breakfast also. And in the toilet there was no soap and not even bathroom slippers

It is beach front, very accessible and has a nice view. The room is quiet big for a budget room. The bed is really comfortable

Pros:Location directly across from Jomtien Beach was ideal! Easy walk to the beach promenade, 7-11, the Big Jomtien night market with lots of local & international food stalls! & plenty of massage shops.There’s also a local short bus/ jeep that loops around town.You should upgrade to a direct ocean view! So worth it!

A little dated; needs upgradingThe beds are hard & on our first room we could feel the spring coils of the mattress, so we asked for an upgrade to a better room/ ocean view.The swimming pool needs cleaning

The worst hotel I ever seen in my life. staff doesn’t care and the management is absent. Booking.com should mention that

Everything, starting with the staff who speaks only Thai. until the bathroom very small and uncomfortable with bath towels and one very small flacon of shampoo and conditioner

Hotel is in great location just off jomtien beach Rd and it was cheap

Hotel was very dirty there was pigeon droppings all over our balcony and even a few dead pigeons .... the pool was dirty not suitable to bath a dog and to top it all they charged us an extra 180baht for a dirty bath matt that had become dirty from the floor ....over all would not recommend

The stuff who checked in mine was nice and friendly but when I checked out nobody said anything not even Thank you. that sad

the room was so dirty. I found hair of someone everywhere in my room ( mine is blond) even on the bed and the toilet is not really clean. the swimming pool is full of bird poop everywhere. it is disgusting. I never going to stay there again.

The room is very comfortableThe service staff is very kind, even if they don't speak English, they will try to communicate with you.I stayed for three days and they even delivered my laundry, which was very cheap.Next to the beach, the street is very busy, lots of good food.

The price was good and the room was clean

Well booking.com said that there is a fitness center at the hotel and that was not the case very out off date fitness equipment was covered with old sheet and that was it so get your info corrected asap.
