Location, and some how it is very quiet for the location

The door was not very secure, the safe was not secured to the wall

Location is awesome ?? ?. I like the villa theme of the hotel. The room has an electric kettle, small fridge, two complimentary plastic bottle waters, and a T.V. that has multiple language channels.

WiFi was kind of slow. A lot of still water around which means a lot of mosquitos ? , noisy frogs ? , so relaxing outside is kind of hard. Bathroom is small and when you turn on the bathroom light the balcony light illuminates as well.

The greenery around the hotel , it’s in boundary covered with trees and place is surrounded with frogs you can hear them at night when you sit outside. The room space was quite amazing very spacious, the old school decoration reminds you of classical Thailand Smooth beds , good service , lovely staff and quite away from the noice of the main road , affordable price I would definitely recommend it.

Not properly cleaned, also it's not secure windows, balcony doors don't have locks can be opened and accessed from outside.

It was off the main road, but close to everything.

The mattress needs to be replaced. It was sinking on one side.

Very central ,easy walking distance to everywhere. Laundry right beside the hotel which was handy. It was so quiet no noise which was great for sleep.

The location Is just great, right by Central Pattaya Mall. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place has a pleasant, resort-like vibe although it’s right in the middle of the city center.

It was actually quite noisy at night - aircon compressors from all the rooms and technical facilities operating at night mad it impossible to sleep without earplugs.

The location is excellent and the bed was clean and comfortable. The price is pretty good and the staff were friendly.

The water pressure for the shower was too weak. Also the shower is too small and the curtain wasn't great.

The hotel is run down in desperate need of a total refurbishment. Furniture is old and in need of replacement. No tea or coffee provided parking was limited as was the access to the hotel. Location was good

It was clean comfortable bed mattress and very quiet at night, the staff were very friendly

No swimming pool or other amenities

The room in a morning light looked very positive and peaceful. The TV worked well, the room was quite big as well. The mattress and pillows were also quite comfortable I did not expect that.

It felt a little unsafe in the beginning, since everyone can enter the house territory.

Staff where great. Location perfect. 400m to Pattaya beach. 100m to Central Pattaya. The room where quiet to sleep. Very good bed.

Only waterboiler in the room. Microwaveowen woul'd be nice.

The location was excellent, about 5/7 minute walk to soi Diana and buakhow. It was also very quiet for where it was in central pattays

The room wasnt the one I orignally booked. I actually booked what initaly thought was the huge one (advertised on booking.com) however and the end of the day with my knackered right hip.and bad back, maybe its just as well we didnt stay in the upstairs of the property. The aircon however was excellent

Staffs were friendly and helpful. They let me check in earlier and location is great.

Room smelled bad and staffs were working early morning and making noise.

My dad stayed here for one month, visiting me and he enjoyed the place very much! Clean, nice and very quite, considering the location in 2nd road, in front of Central Festival.
