The included breakfast was actually pretty good, and the staff was nice.It was fun watching the geckos hunt for their dinner at night on the balcony - unfortunately, that was all it was good for.

I upgraded to the room with a "view and jacuzzi" - what I got was neither! The property is 500 meters from the ocean, behind a jungle and another resort, so the view is negligible, and the jacuzzi was anything but that! It was a big fiberglass tub that took over an hour to fill with water, which was neither hot nor ever got hot. And the "jets" were basically non-existent - this was not a jacuzzi you are used to in the western world, so save your money and do not get this room! Oh, and let's not forget the pathetic shower and lack of hot water in the bathroom! Skip this place - there are many much better places to stay in Bang Saray!

There's a finished bottle of water left in the room when we arrived, Jacuzzi did not look clean and functional, hot water in the bathroom is malfunction.

Absolutely nil maintenance done. Everything was dirty, paint faded and peeling off walls & fixtures. Chunks of fibreglass missing from spa. Pool was dirty and safety railings rusted. Had a cleaner try to enter our room at 8am without even knocking on the door.

Bang saray is a popular tourist resort and the hotel is in walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and cafes...the architecture of the hotel is designed in a typical Santorini Greece fashion.. the swimming pool on the roof is a wonderful addition to the stay with views overlooking Pattaya bay...The room was quite small but more than adequate and very clean and comfortable with a balcony..it would be nice if there was a small table and chairs for the balcony but that was my only disappointment.

See above.. Apart from that a very enjoyable short stay and will definitely come again and can fully recommend to others.

Location is great, minutes from the beach. That staff are all smiley and welcoming. The dining room is so quaint.

It’s a little bit tired in places but still very good value.

Generally it was nice location with tiff top pool and nice view.

Our room and terrace were not clean. (A lot of bird and gecko poo) furthermore the restaurant and bars did not offer and cocktails or drinks, even the menu suggested it.

Breakfast could have been cheaper or free. When I checked in I was told 280 baht per person . When I went in to breakfast the next morning they first told me I couldn't have any breakfast, then after asking at the desk for help they told me it would be 460 baht for one person. The dinner menu was very limited. My A/C stopped working right when the sun was hitting the window, making the room hot even with the curtains closed. The rooftop pool was shallow and not very clean. The beach is a walk down a long road.

I paid USD 110 per night for a 1-star hotel facility and services, the picture on the advertising is fake! The swimming pool in the picture does not belong to the hotel, it is for the prestige resident only, and, my room view facing next buildings balcony, staffs not welcoming and can't speak proper English, they promise delivery of stuffs but never arrive. The kitchen even has no aircon to save cost....I used their bicycle and none of them are safe to ride, seems they done care of thier customers safety. Oh, on the way checking out, I chat with another hotel guess, and they say they only pay USD 70 for that room....I feel like being scam!!!

Lovely people / staff. Bicycles on offer and were needed to get around Bangsaray as Costa is a gentle 10 min cycle ride from town. Nice small pool on the roof. Incredibly good value for money. A quiet location but convenient for town - as long as you don't mind walking or better still using the bikes!.

Breakfast was quite honestly terrible... and an expensive mistake. NEVER try the coffee! No English channel on the TV. No way to change any money at the hotel so make sure you are cashed up. If no bikes are available at the time of your visit, getting around might be challenging.

A bit isolated. Had to use bolt to do anything. We rented a car to get around. Enjoyed our stay.

We arrived before 2PM. The rooms were not ready unytil 3PM!!We booked two rooms which were quite different. One had a bathtub and was small, the other one had a tub and was much nicer, but both were same price. One jacuzzi was quite old and dirty.The wifi was also very slowWebsite said room was 35sqm, but it was not even 25sqm, i guess, unless you count the balcony with the jacuzzi.The jacuzzi also did not not have enough privacy.

All staff are nice and very friendly. The breakfast is good, but the location is far from the beach.
