I liked the friendly staff you do not get all the extras like coffee in room but thete is plenty in recreation room. I didn't go for extras I went to save money this place is value for money but only compromise the coffees the free breakfast. Never up for that anyway. For me down a quite street for sleeping in. I loved it now the staff are so nice in a thai way not professional but in family way want to look after you. Want your time to be as comfortable as possible. I love it. Pleas3 judge on cost and loving family. ❤️ not the extras.

Pool is beautiful and so is the apartment.
No microwave or anything inside of the apartment. No untils or plates. So it was honestly like not having a kitchen at all.

The hotel is located in a very quiet alley in Pattaya, which made for a peaceful stay. The receptionist was very welcoming and one of the workers even helped carry my luggage to the room. There’s a swimming pool and a water refill machine, which I appreciated. The room was quite large and spacious especially impressive for Pattaya at that price point. The bathroom was clean, and I loved that there was street food available just outside the alley. I will definitely stay here again.

Not clean tiny bugs running around. Pool really dirty yellow almost! It just had a seedy vibe to it!
Room is bigger than usual, AC is good, swimming pool adequate. It's in a quiet and green Soi that looks like old Thailand. They have a fresh drinking water dispenser. Coin operated washing machines nearby. Also plenty food options around. Excellent price.
Location: you need a Grab or songthaew to go anywhere. That said, it has advantages not being close to the coast.
Absolutely brilliant place , the staff is very kind and you getting a good deal for the money . 20min walk from most popular places , shop just round the corner with lots of food places . 10/10

When i checked in i was told that the money i paid on booking.com for the stay was a deposit the staff member then asked for money for the stay in cash and said i would get my money back from booking.com which i have not received yet and i also seen nothing on booking.com stating that it was a deposit.

The AC was not working at all. Water was not proper in bathrooms. No fan provided. No assistance
It's in a quiet location could do with a refurbishment good for the price only stay for a sleep over 15 minutes to ferry for koh larn happy with hotel good staff
The staff where so friendly and helpful and location was quite but could get taxi to any location in Pattaya within 10 minutes for 60 to 100 baht
A bit further out of central Pattaya about a 20 minute walk, plenty of food places if you walk 10 minutes with some amazing Thai restaurants.. Staff are really nice and polite very friendly always cleaning around the place, free tea coffee and water 24hrs was definitely value for money
Room smelt of damp but other than that definitely value for money
Staff excellent.. room very comfortable.. easy access to the main road and facilities.. lovely and relaxing atmosphere I would recommend.
