The WiFi was spotty and intermittent

It was so loud during night , that I left the hotel after two nights instead of my booked 7 nights. When I asked politely if there is a chance of little refund at least for 2-3 nights, I was told the manager is on holiday and and not reachable.

Very clean and quiet, close to central pattaya and other lively attractions in Pattaya

Has nice swimming pool and fit for purpose gym

No room service, cleaning only during specified hours, had to go down to pickup food everytime

Nice room , the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Pattaya. Location is second to none for the nightlife of Soi buakhao and surrounding areas. ATM , laundry and 7/11 all pretty much on your doorstep. Great shower and really good a/c. Of course the staff were always helpful and pleasant which makes the stay so much better.

Not much to say here but going to be really picky ,the bum gun in the toilet could be a bit more powerful. No microwave in the room which is no problem for most people but I just like the convenience of having one. Remember I am being picky.

You can see from the above what I liked about the property. Traveled Thailand for 2 months, you had the best towels and I stayed at Somerset before coming to 24/7.

Deal breaker- the noise from Tree Town made it impossible to sleep, could actually feel the base notes on your chest. Woke up several times at 3 am when they would decide to give the music an extra blast. Not sure if a room on the other side of the building would help, one was not available.

Beautiful hotel except for the noise.

Impossible to sleep as it is located next to Tree Town and the loud music goes on until 4am.

Good location, easy to get everywhere.

A little too far to the beach.Too loud in Treetown.For me, it's not a big deal,but for people who prefer quiet, it can be a problem.

Good location, good size room, nice and clean hotel. Good swimming pool area and a small gym on top floor. Terrace was ok. With a view down on Tree town. Pleasant staff overall.

Staff front of house cannot understand you, No restaurant , no bar ,

A great hotel in a central and lively part of town. The rooftop pool is wonderful, and the beach and beach road are in easy walking distance. While there is no restaurant on-site, many good options for breakfast and eating can be found nearby. Also many bars, massage places, shops etc. The room was nice and well-equipped, and everything is modern and in good shape. The staff was competent and helpful.

Because it's in a such a lively area, it can be a bit loud at night until the surrounding bars shut down (not before 2 am). The lightning in the room could be improved – it was a bit dark even if all the lights were on.

Great stay at the 247 Boutique Hotel! Big thanks toToon, Job, Mee, Toy and Nanan for making my days at the hotel pleasant. Fantastic staff and location. Will definately stay at this hotel again?

Impossible to sleep

Impossible to sleep before 4 am (!) because of the noisy "tree town entertainement" area in front of the window.

"Western" standard to a competitive price and great location with friendly staff.
