Excellent location and value.

Seasonal high tides resulted in a beach that had disappeared. Just water and sea wall.

Staff are super fantastic .. credit to Bell especially in reception for her help.. good amenities great food and all round great place to stay

Helpful Staff and Great Beach AccessThe reception staff was very attentive and helpful. While parking directly in front of the hotel is limited, there is a large, open-air parking lot just a short walk across the street. The hotel's other side is right on the beach, with direct access to the sand.

We stayed in a corner family room, which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small common area with a table and kitchenette. The only issue was that the shower in our bathroom drained very slowly, causing water to pool.

Room on sea view side has rooms on the road side are too noisy and difficult to sleep.

Would have preferred a room on a higher floor.

RIght on the beach but the waters in and around Ban Chang are dirty and polluted, so only used the pool.

There is ZERO sound proofing, could hear the music and shouting at the bar across the street like they were in our room with us. I recommend paying extra to have a sea-view room to avoid this problem.

Apart from this pub and a bar over the road there didn’t seem to be much else around within walking distance , but I was only there for one day one night so don’t know the area too well .

Clean rooms and friendly staff

The bathroom flooded due to poor design of the floor, water flowed away from the drain. Shower head was broken but was replaced quickly. The safe didn’t work and it wasn’t resolved.

Beachfront, but the water quality is not very good. The Mini-Pool was ok for the children, but sometime to clouded. The room was nice and clean. The staff at the reception was friendly, but at the restaurant need to pay more attention to the guest.The Essen quality by the restaurant was not good. Comparing with the price, it was over priced. For example, iced coffee for Bht.140 (machine was broken, so they use powder instant coffeebinstead). I ordered a Club Sandwich @Bht.200, it was a Bread with 2 slice of bacon and 1 fried egg, a bit of butter. We ordered also a pizza, we assumed it was a frozen product, because it was baked too hard like a piece of wood. The Kitchen need to be improved

Filthy beach and there always seemed to be confusion about the simplest requests.

I must say, this hotel boasts a fantastic beachfront location with truly captivating views.The hotel's lobby has a vintage charm inspired by Lord Nelson, creating a unique atmosphere that takes you back to maritime history. The room decor, while not overly Thai-influenced, was cozy and inviting.I chose a mountain view room, which turned out to be a snug and well-maintained space. However, the ocean views from the hotel were indeed tempting. Nonetheless, the room provided a comfortable retreat, and the attention to detail was evident.One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which is conveniently located next to the beach. Dining there allowed me to savor delicious dishes while enjoying the captivating view of the sea. The staff welcomed me warmly, and their local recommendations added a nice personal touch to my experience. I must say, their cocktails were quite delightful.

If you want to sit on the balcony opt for the pool view as mountain view had standing room only for 2. If you want to go to bar street you need to get a taxi/tuk tuk

Right on the beach, staff was super friendly and helpful, cool drink stand and massage place across the street, and seem like a famous crab restaurant is just 100 feet down the beach. Bathrooms are the combo style but nicely remodeled.

Breakfast was a little bit more expensive than other places for what you get, but it might be the only option as a tourist in the slow season.

Very friendly staff. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Great location! Great value!
