Location is clutch. Super close to soi 6.

OMG. That bed is like a brick. I basically did not sleep for four days because of it. So bad I would never stay here again. Also, WiFi is really bad. Doesn’t stay connected.

We stayed here 2 different times over a 3 week period - once on the 8th floor sea view side and once on the 2nd floor city view. The location is good, about a 3 min walk to the beach and close to many restaurants - but see location comment below. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. Each has a large balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, plenty of storage, a mini-safe, a refrigerator and hot water kettle. Bathrooms are large - but see comment below about the shower. The gym is adequate and the rooftop pool is nice. Ample free covered parking. The staff were super nice and helpful - particularly the guy who cleaned our rooms.

The worst part was the shower. It's large with a tub but the problem is that the tub is "raised" so that when taking a shower, water pools up around the tub and drains all over the bathroom floor. Both rooms we stayed in had this poor design. The internet is unsecured and was a bit slow on a few occasions. You have to re-log in each time. The location is on what used to be the "quiet" north side of Pattaya Beach but recently a Chinese developer put in a large outdoor entertainment area between Soi 5 and 6 which, depending on your room, can be a bit noisy.

The property is in a prime location to enjoy the best parts of the Pattaya . Next to; Soi 6 for beers and ladies, a 3 minute walk to the beach, Nextdoor to the Runway street vendors, & close to Club Impact. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk. I found a laundry service, motorbike rental, weed shop, legit massages and great dining within 1 block.

I reserved an ocean view room that had a very obstructed view. I wouldn’t pay extra for the view. Either way, it wasn’t much of an up-charge.

I like the room is big enough has balcony has kitchen basin is quiet good. No need to wash cups or fruits in the toilet. Location is quiet good. I had stay seven days.

I had arrived earlier 0800 request early check in refused even I was ready to pay some amount which is bad experience night flight and I have to wait till check in. Breakfast average should be improved.Hotel policy should be amended if someone required check in and check out to be allowed even sum amount to be charged and reasonable.

Rooms are very nice..but the bed was like sleeping on concrete as same as pillows..

The room that I stayed in was huge!Parking was good and the location was good aswell as it's a short walk to the beach.

The food at breakfast was often cold.The shower was not working very well and sprayed water everywhere.

Not the hotels fault but on second road there is a night club which could be bothersome to some if you are facing in that direction as a lot of bass noise .

Unpleasant experience, the staff were rude and racist towards us. We kept asking them to provide extra blankets but they kept ignoring us so many times. We found our bags opened when we arrived our rooms which makes us feel unsafe.

Bathroom, water leaks everywhere when shower. Can't use toilet after shower. Ask for help got 1 towel. He ask me what he can do!!

I loved the hotel’s prime location, just a short walk from Soi 6 and the beach, making it incredibly convenient for both nightlife and relaxing by the sea. The rooms were impressively spacious and beautifully decorated, adding a touch of luxury to my stay.

The breakfast was above average but could be improved with more variety and options to cater to different tastes. A more diverse spread would elevate the overall dining experience.

I liked just about everything about this place.

one thing i really didn't like about this place. I spent a lot of time up by. the pool. The pool area is overrun with thousands of ants! Seriously guys get these ants under control. They crawl on you when you are laying there and it is very not nice.This is the worst thing about this hotel and pretty easy to fix I think. Fix it!
