Location, comfort and staff are real good

Only thing about the room that is don¿t like was only one outlet and it was way across the room. To use CPAP need to have outlets by the head of the bed.

Many Chinese group live in the hotel. They make noises in the early morning. I cannot sleep well. I don’t think it is a good experience for me.

Very luxurious, high ceiling rooms. Internet was SHOCKING and I was forced to rent out an office space

Excellent breakfast with huge variety of food, the best what I tried in my trip in Thailand.Spacious room with king-size bed and big balcony with a good view to Pattaya.

It's very noisy due to nightclubs in the back of the hotel.We had a restless night.

Location horrible. We have been bouncing up and down all night because of the nightclubs at the back of the hotel combined with poor outside sliding door noise insulation.

The hotel was beautiful the room was clean and we got a free upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay. It was across the street from the mall.

The hotel wasa 10 minute walk from the beach and one the opposite of everything we wanted to do.

Request the side of the hotel opposite to Korean Hollywood. The music literally vibrates the window 8pm to 6am. It was extremely difficult to sleep!!!!! Additionally, many of the guests are rude. Door SLAMMING is a constant ALL NIGHT LONG!!! This used to be one of my favorite places to stay. No more.

I enjoyed the double beds, bathtub, rainfall shower, room amenities, A/C, & wifi.

Was on the very lower end of 5-Star hotels tbh. Outdated, room service didn't have all menu options available (nor was it available 24/7), the decor/furniture lacked good taste, many things such as the door or vents or things of that nature were wonky, food was average for the most part, gyms closed early, the staff was either very friendly or polar opposite, the walls were thin (you can hear the hallway noise and outside noise constantly), blackout curtains weren't 100% blackout, & overall everything was just alright. Nothing extraordinary of note.

The property is very close distance to the shopping malls Terminal 21, Central Marina and night markets. The hotel room in particular is a plus point for us as a family. We have been staying here everyone we visit Pattaya for the last 3 years. It gets better each year!

As always the location works very well for us, rooms were specious and clean and staff were very helpful all the time.

Very loud noise in the morning coming from cleaning staff using their walky talkies, as well as noise at the middle of night from other guests coming back from their evening enjoyment. (breakfast should have more varieties than what is served now).

The staff who helped us with the luggage during checkout. The location was good, close to many malls and the beach.

1. No proper amenities. Even tissues and toilet paper were not replaced.2. Pathetic room service. The bedsheets and towels were not changed even after placing the card for room service.3. Unhygienic bathroom.4. Unfriendly reception staff.5. Clogged washbasin.6. False 5-star hotel claim. Should be a 2-star hotel maximum.7. Bath mat not replaced for 4 days.8. Only 1 shower cap provided for 2 people. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided despite claiming to be a 5-star hotel. Coffee kettle appeared unclean. Paper scandals were not replaced.9. Dust everywhere.10. No remote control for the AC.11. Poor bathroom design causing water leakage into the dressing area and toilet space.12. Broken tile in the toilet.13. Noisy government tourism development department events in the open area disturbed sleep and caused inconvenience to tourists.

It's right by the mall, staff is friendly. If you don't mind some of the negatives I would recommend staying here.

The bass from Differ Nightclub was annoying to listen to every night when I want silence. Most of the Indians who stay here was always in the way & loud; the one's who come for business are more like normal people. With these issues, there are a few cheaper places on the other side of the mall that are quieter with more reasonable guess.
