Sunday Sea Two Pool Villa Pattaya

The hotel was beautiful and the pool was just like the picture. We had the junior pool suite. We were greeted with fresh flowers and juice and the room also had a large sunken tub and an outside shower. It was lovely.

My only comment would be the distance from the city. It is located about 20 minutes from all food and entertainment so whenever you want to leave, you have to pay for a taxi ride and it adds up. Other than the distance, everything was great.

When taking a shower in the tub the hot water wasn't hot enough for us

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was shockingly tasty!! It is also close to a couple of Pattaya attractions. Its very close to a shooting so you will hear gunshots during the day but quiet at night.

Rooms could use a little TLC. One of the sinks drained slow and the tub didn't drain at all. Beds are extremely hard but I hear that kind of typical of the country. There was also a great deal of old paint drippings on the floor. Light switches were missing nobs.

I like as it is pool villa. Room size is perfect. Breakfast is fair

Reception staffs are not in good manner. No hospitality. Only service staffs are fine.

The concept of the property was very nice, the villas have been well designed and are very nice but they have not been maintained very well.

The staff are not very keen to help out, I found them to be quite lazy and if we requested something like a pick up or room service we were told it was unavailable. The breakfast options were very limited. Stray cats kept trying to enter the villa, once they were inside they didn’t want to leave and we had to call reception to send someone to remove them.

Very nice staff, great restaurant, divine private pool villa I will definitely stay again.

It was a bit hard to get in/out of pool without a bar to grab due to my mobility issues

No hot water for the bathtub.Water temperature not adjustable at all. Water pressure could be better.Toilet flush button and wash basin faucet a little fidgety to use.

The staff charged me for the mini bar which was informed was free. They kept pointing at a booklet to read but who’s coming to read. Say it upon check in

The worst hotel

The hotel with the worst hospitality we have ever stayed in in all of Thailand, from the disrespectful reception to the rooms that are not prepared for guests. The first room had no hot water. We told them straight away when we complained that we would be happy for them to take care of it, they promised to fix it. We returned from a trip, we asked if they had taken care of it at the reception and they said yes. We got to the room and saw that nothing had been taken care of, so they moved us to a room at night for hot water. The next morning I almost fell because of a tile that went into the pit of the pool system. I told the reception that it was dangerous and I almost fell, they told me that it would be taken care of, and of course when we returned from the trip, nothing was taken care of. I have never seen such a disrespectful hotel. And to sweeten our honeymoon, they tried to charge us for a glass that they claimed we broke, even though we didn't use their utensils at all. They stayed in the exact same place they brought us and they still tried to charge me for a crack in the glass they left in the room. It's simply a shame.do not approach a hotel with no respect for its guests. Especially the woman at the reception and the manager who claimed his name was Paul which didn't sound like his real name (I think he lied to me because when I asked him his name someone at the reception laughed that he told me his name. Finally when we were waiting for a taxi driver near the hotel one of the employees spoke to the driver in Thai so the driver decided to increase the price for us so of course I cancelled the driver and booked another but the heartache and waste of time caused us by this hotel I hope for everyone to keep their distance from this hotel.Forget to mention that the hotel is next to a shooting range, so it won't be quiet.המלון עם האירוח הגרוע ביותר שהיינו בו בכל תאילנד, מהקבלה המזלזלת ועד החדרים שלא הוכנו לאורחים. בחדר הראשון לא היו מים חמים.

Overall is exceptional! The room is clean. The staff are nice. The Wi-Fi is strong. The breakfast is great. The location is decent. It might be a little far from the beach but if you have a car, it’s not the problem. The location is not busy which is really great for relaxing.

All the pleasant time we spent there was ruined in an instant when we checked out and were accused of losing two bathrobes that were never in our villa to begin with.The administrator was rude and arrogant, showing pictures of the bathrobes on their phone as proof that they were there, but in reality, they were not.Here’s a tip for anyone staying at this villa—take photos of everything in the room as soon as you arrive.We will not be returning.On a positive note, the breakfast was very good and plentiful.

The Pool ...the quiet retreat .. I liked all of that i booked an extra night . They have room service .. Food was nice and the glass doors in the villa have a real outdoor indoor vibe . I would definitely stay again as it's just my thing quiet ..no disturbance and somewhere to relax in privacy .

Some staff didn't seem happy ..or if they did it was to each other in their language. Only one man made the place seem friendly ..he looked after breakfast and porter desk ..Always friendly with a smile . Delivered my breakfast to my room on the last more..He was such a nice soup . He makes that place feel happy compared to other grumpy looking staff . Also if you get any type of makeup or dirt on a towel, (tiny face towel ) after washing you will be charged 200 baht laundry damage .. I've stayed in hotels all around the world ,First time I've ever been charged for a dirty towel . Also for such a nice place the big windows should be cleaner .. dirty window glass takes the look off a good place . Id also recommend fixing bedside lampshades ..they also looked bad ..cracked broken worn . Cheap and easily Easily relplaced which I don't understand for such a nice villa .

Pool! The interior were classic infused with tradition. Breakfast to door steps. The bed was comfortable. The shower gel created many bubbles for the tub( Did not expect that.). Easy to find location for grab cars.

very nice accommodation, very friendly staff, only minor point cozy dining was difficult on a lowered terrace table, but EXCELLENT room service with a large extensive menu, and a very good chef! bravo
