Unique Regency Pattaya

The staff was nice and friendly.

I expected more from a four star hotel. Stayed one night only. Cannot really recommend this hotel.

Room.. Roof top pool.. The place was a kip.. Breakfast.. Give me a break..

Friendly staff, good value for money, not far from centre, first sight very positive.

Very friendly stuff, but bed was not so good. Two matraces, keep falling apart, frame of bed too big to suite two madraces... all in all, could be much better.

Hotel is dated , gym equipment poor, rooms are adequate bed and pillows very comfortable, the staff here are fantastic and genuine

Gym upgrade, the pool area needs a clean up if this is to be a 4 star , you have 5 star staff

Great location.Some staff were helpful.Even though they weren’t able to accommodate my request for early check in, they were kind enough to give us a free breakfast.

Seems like an old property and the age shows !Linens (both bed and bath) could use an upgrade.Was around 2am and wanted some water and the receptionist whilst being on phone just replied come back in the morning for water!

Great location on Soi 5 phratanmak. Few minutes walk to bars and restaurants and shops etc. Betty chilled area. Ten minutes walk past shops etc to lovely beach. Lovely area in the evenings for families and couples. A far cry from the madness of pattaya! Hotel really clean. Lovely pool on roof with great views. Room a good size. Big safe for laptop etc. Good power points. Nice balcony.

Only negative was that there was no staff on top floor to service at pool for drinks etc. Could have been staff shortages etc but not a massive issue

Location, the room itself is nice with comfy bed

Very dirty, dust and bits all over around the bed and under every forniture and bathroom, mold in the sink and over all the rubbers and silicons in the bathroom, the sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining water.We had breakfast until 10.30, went for breakfast at 9.20 and all eggs were done the first day of our stay, they already cleaned the kitchen so they didn’t make any for us. The staff is polite but they never gave the feeling to be welcome there ( as in all pattaya).

Not bad but please fix AC system

AC in room worked temporarily then left us cooking in the morning.

Very clean, well priced, air conditioner was excellent, room staff were good I would definitely stay there again

Everything was good, great shower, comfy bed, good room facilities

Balcony was a little small and a few meters away from the next block

Nothing at allit's the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. No change this should be rated as a 4 star hotelit should be zero

The Hotel falling apart everywhere from the room to all facilities. Everything is old and could really need a big make over to live up to a 4 star hotelstrange internet setup with several wifi / data points to such as unique 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 That you needed to pay "in cash" 1000 bath as a deposit. Half of the power sockets did not work and the ones did will not do for longOverall a really poor hotel and the biggest scam ever both on rating and discounted price

The view was not so nice, even though we had a long booking. I would have liked to be on the other side of the building. But I also did not ask to be relocated, so maybe this would have been a viable solution.

Breakfast was ok, the location was really good for the local area and a short walk to the beach. The rooftop pool area was very good although the bar opening times during the day were rather sporadic. I enjoyed the hotel and location so much that I extended my stay for a further 2 nights. Nice area with bars and restaurants in very close proximity, only 5 minutes walk to the night market as well. Only a short journey into Pattaya main area if you want a busier night as well.

Breakfast was fair with good enough choices. The pool on the roof top was nice with a good view.

It was supposedly a 4-star hotel but it was a bit worn down to have that rating. Maybe it should be a 3-star hotel and that's why the value for money wasn't really there.
