Misleading Sea View, Unhygienic Conditions, and Safety Hazards – AVOID THIS HOTEL!I booked two rooms at this hotel through Booking.com, drawn in by the enticing photos and descriptions. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of appalling.Room 1: Family Accommodation with 2 Bedrooms – So-Called Sea ViewThis room was on the ground floor, tucked away in a blind corner, offering no sea view whatsoever. Instead, we were greeted with stained bed linens, visible mold on the walls, and moths flying around. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, making it unsuitable for any guest.Room 2: Luxury Room with 1 or 2 Beds and BalconyThis room was no better. The linens were also stained, and the overall cleanliness was subpar.Despite having prepaid for both rooms, the receptionist offered a refund. While this gesture was appreciated, it was too late to find alternative accommodations on such short notice.Additional Concerns:- Loose and potentially hazardous furniture.- Unhygienic conditions throughout the property.- A general lack of maintenance and cleanliness.This hotel has received multiple complaints over time, yet no significant improvements have been made. It's disheartening to see that Booking.com continues to list such establishments.I urge fellow travelers to steer clear of this hotel. Booking.com, please take action to ensure that accommodations meet basic hygiene and safety standards.

Villa Navin is an ideal place on Jomtien Beach.. It is quiet to sleep. The sea is right across the small road in front of the reception. Motorbikes will bring you to and from the houses. The receptionist does not speak good English.staying here

There are no wardrobes in the room. There are no hangers. We asked the reception about a hairdryer. They also lend hangers. It was not enough for 3 of us. Cleaning daily.

Bad experience with Booking.com We asked for the 1 extra same room, it was 885 Bhat & what we had had paid to booking.com was 1888 Bhat.

Loved the hut right next to the pool. The little cleaning lady was was great also very nice ??. Ac was was freezing ??

Hut had a leak in the roof when it rains for an hour, it was olny small an run down the wall but they came fast to clean.

Value for money.

On first day of arrival room was full of mosquitoes and me and my wife got bitten around 200 times when sleeping.

Nothing !!!

My wife got her period and the sheet was staniesz in two places the stains were not big. There was water leaking under the sink and we used smoll towles to wipe the floor and we gad to pay $60 -UNBELIVABLE . This is room 39 in building C , in building B room 27 TV was broken all the time even after reporting it to the hotel staff. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service in the hotel and I will tell everyone about bad service in this hotel . Best regards Andrzej Wroblak .

Location was good.

You might be wise to read the lowest ratings first in this hotels case.  It will give you a more accurate view of the actual condition of it.  The pictures that are posted are not representative of the hotel today.   I booked one week non-refundable and left after 3 days and took the loss.  When I arrived, the bathroom door was shut when I was taken to the room.  That's because the noise from the aircon was so loud it it drowned out the TV and vibrated the room.  Secondly,  the lock on the room door was damaged so it could be unlocked from the outside with a popsicle stick.  I slept with the lights on, with the little sleep I got.  Third, no lock box.  Because of this, all your luggage needs to be locked at all times to protect from thievery.  Forth, no chair or clothing rack to hang clothes.  Fifth, the door was so damaged that the room was filled mosquitos all night.  Not worth anywhere near the price paid.

Our villa, 2nd floor, no lift, backed onto 2nd Rd which is 400m from Beach Rd.

Location, place itself - it's very comfy, quiet and green

The beds were fine.

The air conditioning seemed like it needed maintaining. I booked a single room at 1500 baht. And ended up with a double family room at twice the cost. Even though they knew I was a lone traveller. The bathroom and shower room needs completely re- tiling and new shower appliances. The place needed decorating. I would definitely not stay there again

The water slide was loved by everyone. The bed was fab. Location is the best. Breakfast ok.

Everything was good. The location is a quieter part of Pattaya but the Villa Navin was fantastic. We stayed in a Villa and the bed, OMG was so comfortable. The shower was amazing, constant hot water.

Swimming pool was brilliant for kids but needed some maintenance as there was damaged drainage tiles. Also they need to add signage of how deep the pool is. Some parts were very deep, No signage, kids could drown if unawares. Also very cold...maybe invest in a pool heater otherwise very clear and clean water.

Had no breakfast. Free motorbike from garded gate to room and up and down all the time very good.

Picktures not giving the true story about the place on Hotels.com. But we didnt care, I think first travellers would get very disappointet.
