The location is great.

Room had no window, shower in the bathroom was terrible and the air conditioning was dirty.

The location in Central Pattaya is great. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little too basic for some but I got used to it pretty fast. They whole shower/bathroom was new to me but what the heck. It was hit and worked.

Low standard, very soft mattress, low water pressure in the shower, toilet clogged, no window in the room.

Dirty hotel not frendy staff..expensive price for room when next door is half the price and a lot better ..in the end I moved there ..coz it was so bad ..do not book this hotel

They let me make a reservation, but they didn't provide room because it was all full.

Our toiletries taken and combs were put in the rubbish bin before we had chance to check out, the bed linen felt greasy not crisp.

Close to night life

Sometimes reception no one there. How to wait sometimes.

Dirty rooms dirty everything... Staff no speak well.... Safety box broken.. Paid 25 euro (1000 BATH) for the reception safety box. Treat me not well... Not 3 stars. Less than one star

Awsome place right in the heart of the city easy to commute...restaurant was delicious

Restaurant Friendly staffs very helpfull

Location was good didn’t have breakfast I ate out staff were very good and very helpful. Easy to get around the city from this location. It was clean

The furniture was really old around 40 years old the furniture was broken all the rooms need decorating the bathroom needs refurbished. the fridge was really old and needed replacing. Why did I see rat’s running around

the only patio furniture was a chair with a hole in it so couldn’t use it ! was charged extra on arrival, so like extra £30 !! no tea or coffee making facilities even though advertised !! so refund please !!

Disappointing

Very very noisy could not sleep day or night message hotel with no help at all worse hotel i have stayed i have been to many hotels in central pattaya but very unhelpful i paid 2000 bhatt more for view of a wall disgusting management

The location of this hotel is excellent for those who like to party.

Cleanliness of the apartment was below what I expected - in comparison with other (..often cheaper) apartments I have also stayed in on LK Metro. The restaurant lost my custom. I didn't try the breakfast, or any other meal because I'm vegetarian, and the menu is clearly for carnivores only.

My second stay at Harry’s room and excellent service, only one problem try to pay for room on credit card and machine not working

The location is amazing. But the hotel room was quite outdated. But it's reasonable of the price. It was ok overall.

The washroom shower was very slow.

Very noisy up till 2am. Construction noise starts at 7am. TV is so small can't really watch it. Room keys hang on wall in open hallway freely accessible to anyone. Room has no way to secure important items.
