- Great staff, very quiet.
- wonderful staff & best location
Cons -
- I liked everything about this hotel.
- Little bit too North but overall pretty easy to walk around
- Hallways needs brighter lights, too dark. Key card caused lights in room to randomly turn off and on all night after they replaced broken card holder. Room needs touch up paint. Should not have to pay for what should be complimentary water.

Great location, delicious breakfast and very kind staff. Pool is great.
Everything was great
It really is a good hotel with extremely friendly and professional staff, located a short walking distance to everywhere including 2 shopping malls (if you're in Thailand for shopping) and countless massage parlors, very rich breakfast in the morning featuring multiple food options.
Even considering the fact that Siam is a "design hotel", they should have "designed" the bathrooms somewhat different... 2 large holes in the toilet sliding door are a little much, tbh as well as the curtain separating the shower from the room.
Pool, very helpful staff
-Mattress Sagging -Outside room noise can be heard from the door gaps
Perfect location. Well planned room with everything you need. Good cleaning service and ventilation. No humidity unpleasant smells that are very common in the area.Best experience in Pattaya. Definitely will stay there again
The prices of food and drinks at the rooftop pool where unreasonably high. The pools are too cold and too short (13 meters) for swimming ??♂️ Very small balcony
Location, ambience and facilities
The breakfast spread could be better
The hotel is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, with full amenities in both the room and the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, and all the staff especially the receptionist were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the swimming pool was perfect with a beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back again!
The roof top pool, the staff and the breakfast.
My stay was Wonderful! I travelled there for my birthday and the staff were amazing. I would like to thank Lyn, Buz, Yo, Fang, Fah and Peek .!! All the staff were amazing.!!
5 stars gym and roof top pool & bar.
More pillows than just 2 for large bed.
I loved the happy spirit I felt while staying there. Everyone was friendly. The food was beyond. The location was my favorite. We are coming back.
The location and view. The roof top bar.
The uncomfortable bathroom and humidity in the room.
Amazing hotel to stay , staff were excellent, food was brilliant and location was great. Will be back!
Location is goodThe idea of swimming pool on the roof is nice but it’s very dedicated . The pool water were not clear at all and dirty. A lot of Maintenance needed
First when we came to this hotel about 10 years ago it was amazing new and modern. It has swapped Management about three years ago and since then things have decided to go downhill .Extremely stinky and hallways They have renames all the rooms into a deceiving name like Ocean view when there’s no ocean view at all .The price have almost double Used to be a nice afternoon cocktail as part of the executive room but it’s gone .It feels like there’s a lot of cost Cutting everywhereThe rooms getting dated and don’t smell good
Staff were amazing , very welcoming and helpful. Will be back again in 5 weeks , won’t stay at another hotel in Pattaya ??
We loved the placement.A service with a smile ( specialy Mrs. Lyn)
Several times we asked to clean the room, add missing things like - tishu, soap...
Very nicely designed hotel with wonderful staff and an awesome breakfast. Would definitely come back.
