The location is very good.

I’d like to share my concern about the swimming pool condition. It looks very dirty and doesn’t seem clean or well-maintained. I was quite surprised to see the pool kept in this condition.

Friendly attentive staff, good location, very clean, large, bright & modern rooms.

The main pool was green and the slide wasn’t working … it was a little disappointing.

They service act like we where poor even if we pay for the expensive room

The pool was green, we payed for One of the best room but got the old building because it was already full booked.Got bad service had to ask for many stuff like breakfast was included but dident know if i got it. Breakfast was bad we come little bit later than 09:00 and they dident fill up anything exept the fruit. We sould have got better room better service because we payed for.

Good location and environment and buffet breakfast is good

I booked queen bed room but was given room where twin bed was combined to make double bed which was not comfortable and asked to change pillow which was not done

I like location of hotel very near to beach and that is good for people who want to see the waive of sea anytime.

Staff were very rudely behaved, Room also not clean, breakfast also not good and doesn't taste well.

Too many Indians in groups walking around and looking at my family of young daughters and partners. It's not a place for a family stay. Also Russian people staying there. ? my partner and I couldn't wait to get out of there. Keep away if you have a young family.

Nothing I like, Staff were adamant, What we booked the room we didn't get, due to non refundable we forcefully stayed

They had rooftop pool, gym, sauna and a regular pool as well

It was very run down. Rooms were terrible and many switches broken. Pool surrounds cracked and generally the property lacked any real pride.

very positive surprise! the pictures looked good, but live the hotel was even better. Big, clean, comfortable rooms, very helpful staff and inner courtyard with pool. Great breakfast.to the beach you have to walk down on a "girl" street, if you are not interested, find another route.

When I copied the location provided on booking it brought me to the wrong location, 10-minute walk in the wrong location

The fact that it seemed to be inhabited by groups of Indian men who seemed to have 6/7 in each room and stay around the pool until very late making a lot of noise.

the place had a both a gym and ground level pool and close to everything. and a rooftop pool

the dorms bathroom was in the hallway and there was only one shower

Bed was very comfortable

Very noisy with people slamming doors and shouting in the corridor at 2 am.

Location , clean and friendly staff

The constant sound of the door bells going and the noise of the lift chime - also my neighbours smell of cigarette and cannabis wafting into my room , I couldn’t sit on my balcony when he was there , he was a Russian guy and also constantly talking loud on his phone and his daughter pressing the door bell non stop .
