Villa Navin Beach Residence

All was fine with exception of stairs at our age but not hotels fault!

The pool and all drivers that took us to back of property where we were staying!

Bed and linen feel comfortable, good location near night market.

Good location, close to beach and walking street

Terribly dirty, restroom is not cleaned and so many spider webs and insects . The rooms smells awful. Floor rubber tiles tears off. Unsafe, others can access your room. Our family ran out 20 minutes after check in. We cannot get refunds, but still willing to pay extra on other hotel/apartment for safety concerns.

Disappoint in the location of the room even though the room was very good. The website says beach front that only applies to the office my room would have been 800m to the beach. Definitely no beach views which was disappointing. Closest rooms to the beach would have been 500m unless you wanted to rent an entire villa. The staff were excellent and the hotel supplied bike taxis 24 hours a day to pick you up from the room and take you to the main gates.

Not far from the beach.Swimming pool very nice.Good selection of English speaking TV channels.

Room very old and badly needs updating .Cleaning staff very rood to me.When I had to ask to clean my room 3 hrs later she was not happy.

All neighbours were smoking weed and it smelled everywhere once open the door.

Room's light a bit dim, no closet, shower pressure low, no safe box

The hotel is in great location

Sanitary smells all around the room.the showering didn't give enough water during shower. The upside I lost weight due to the entrance of the resort is far from the room. If I want call reception you have to go down to have that call. No safety box neither closet. I can keep writing the downsides of the resort but hopefully they get better soon

Pool area is great

We stayed in the hotel area This area is old - smelly room, Main thing is the Mould throughout rooms/bathrooms. Hotel section is a back of the property and a far way from the beach- so if you can’t walk far don’t stay in hotel section Called for motorbike pick up (a service they provide if you’re at the back of the property) never showed numerous times. No pool towels was another let down for international travels I must admit some of the villas did look okay and more modern 2/10 for the pool area STAY CLEAR

We loved to be close of Jomtien Beach and could easy reach the beach, shops, atm , restaurants and the night market by foot. The resort consists of different buildings and villas. In order to walk to the reception one can use their internal transport with mopeds which have an attached facility to seat on and they drive guests for free within the resort so no one has to walk. The walk, if staying in the appartment buildings is about 10 minutes to reach the exit of the resort. We were in a newer building and the room was ok. Everything worked and it was clean. The aircon worked well. The staff members were very helpful and competent. There are restaurants nearby .Two restaurants are when you go left and again left where the huge condo is and is called Jimmys or the dark horse. They offer nice breakfasts or Thai meals but also European meals. Otherwise at the beach road you will find many places to eat. The night market offers after 5pm nice meals for low budget. You can take it away or eat there. It is about 10min by foot. At the moment they still finish the Jomtien Beach Road .Once finished it will be a nice walkway. The sea is nice and a sunlounger costs 100 bath per day. The hotel main pool was nice although the water a bit chilly .There was enough Sunloungers. The resort itself was quite and we had nice quite neighbours. We loved the plants/trees in the resort.

There was no wardrobe in the room . Especially if someone stays longer a wardrobe would be helpful or a chest of drawers. The sunloungers at the pool have no matrass on it which makes it uncomfortable to lay on for longer.

Large green area in very dense concrete city. Nice swimming pool and close to the beach. Don't look any further if you want nice and quiet place for your stay in Pattaya.

They bring you with motortaxi to your room that is goodroom old , floor damaged, not clean . is is old and not good

Room is terrible while they have other rooms or appartments who are better but you get the worst they have i think

I like the staff response. beach is very near and they provide shuttle service from room to reception. swimming pool is ultimate. my daughter enjoyed lot

room door has some gap. so mosquito were coming inside the room.

Bad

Crumbled door, a big layer of dust on the window, the faucet at the sink covered in a layer of dirt, as well as the shower hose. Stinking waste, disgusting. We promptly left the accommodation, we didn't even ask for a room change, because if they are able to offer such a room for accommodation quite seriously, then the whole hotel loses our credibility. Shame. Avoid staying at this hotel.

I liked the location as close to the sea

The property is scruffy and worn out and they don’t clean your room everyday

Very bad place everywhere was full os insects and the water was stopping staff wasn’t friendly definitely not recommending !!!

The swimming pool

Everything but especially the rooms, they are not finished after renovation, not at all as shown in the pictures, there is furniture missing, no mirrors in the bathroom, no hairdryers, bugs in the bathroom and ants everywhere. It all looked like they quickly took out the tools to rent them to us! I booked 3 rooms and when my Mother in law wanted to take a shower she got electric shocks, when we complained about it they said she could shower in one of the other rooms we had? we left after 1 day and took our losses. I will never come here again. If the hotel has been open and supportive to us about the situation, that would have been different but they are only interested in your money and don’t want to provide any level of service. For this money you can also rent in the Copacabana ( 100 meters further) that is a real 5 star experience for the same price!
