Poor service, breakfast not good, night staff was not good, no water in room, limited stuff in room

Location is very quiet , Reception staff very kind and helpful.

Needs little maintenance for small things

The staff in the reception are good and polite. However, the behavior of one of the cleaning ladies (the one always wearing a headphone) is very displeasing especially towards Indians. Already I did not like the property but did not hate it but this lady made me to hate the property

Room cleaning staff attitude. Very arrogant and zero hospitality. Bathroom shower not fitted properly

Horrible

The bathroom was filthy and smelly. The top of bidet was full of sh*t stain. There’s only one small elevator and that’s not enough for the size of the hotel. Other shameless guests were also weird, they don’t even line up to get in the elevator, they just cut the line off with their whole family. Also same people eat the whole breakfast starting from 6:30 till 10:00. So don’t be surprised if there’s only a piece of cucumber left for you and no place to sit. Those people don’t even let you look at the breakfast options cos they always occupy the line. Each person gets at least 10 pieces of bread for their plates. The hotel is cheap enough if you’re in budget but I don’t recommend here at all. When the checking out comes, the front desk also asked for the 2nd keys even tho they didn’t give me any extra keys. I had to explain that a few times. It was a horrible experience for us. Spend some extra and keep yourself away from all those weird things and guests.

The staff is very kind, and the room is very clean. And also, the room was very spacious. There is a local market nearby.

I'm afraid the wall of the room may be so thin that I was forced to hear the voice of the neighbors so clearly. That can be because their voices were simply loud.

The location was great the Hotel entrance was on a side street which made it easier to get in and out of since we drove our car.

We stayed in a family room which was great the boys loved the bunk beds I just wish it had a desk so I could have set up my laptop.

Quick check in and nice enough staff. Room quite big with good shower pressure and the WiFi always worked.

No furniture on balcony. Smoking not allowed on balcony either! Buffet breakfast was a little limited but still decent.

Rooms are a bit noisy from neighbours and hallway

Good location near walking street and Soi. Backao . Too noisy. I stayed here for 3 nights and every night the Tour groups from India return in groups and shout all night. Disturbing my sleep.

Spacious clean and food

The staff is very helpful. The room was OK for the price.

Room could have been a little cleaner, but was ok.

Capacity in 1 room can support family trip.

Hotel can not provide room after check in on time, Even though I and member came to check in on 5.00 pm. (Regular check in on 2.00 pm).

- Unfortunately its the same with most hotels in the city, very loud people ( one ethnicity ) that do not respect others and they are difficult to deal with and very disturbing. Most of the hotels are like this.- No phone in the room to call reception or security.

Spacious room with plenty of space and a balcony for every room. Elevator and nice pool. Accommodating and courteous staff☺️ . Big thank you to Ms. Guitar and everyone else for being so nice and welcoming. 7-11, scooter rental, massage shop all just a 3 min walk from hotel. There is water dispenser on every floor so basically lots of water to drink whenever you want.

The people working at the hotel were very good

It's a bit out of the way if your walking but not to bad and motorcycle taxi are always close

Nice, clean and excellent staff

Not sure if that's possible, but they need to keep an eye on rude and noisy behavior of customers of an specific nationality.

That the room is family friendly

It need a bit more cleaning and to be a bit upgraded

Unfortunately all was disappointing. No toiletries No drinking waterNo hand-towelVery outdated furnitures and surprisingly shameful outdated toilet equipment, sanitary and fixtures. Swimming pool is only for the professional swimmers since its 2 meters deep.

A nice size comfortable room with a lovely comfortable bed.
