Nice hotel only problems were the smell in the hotel. The fact that they charge for guest who come visit is out of line. Wifi was good. And pool was nice.

Food was overpriced.

Staff was always cleaning, very respectful, and helpful with all questions. Very quiet hotel even with all outside noises, within walking distance to beach and central happening area. Nice, modern lines & simple design to hotel. Although didn't utilize, has on-site small deli for breakfast and lunch. Initially hard to find as not well marked from outside that hotel is through open door hole in wall from the gated lot (really need better marking on that side), once found easy to get around through alley & from street through gate.

The pool itself was wonderful, but the jacuzzi wasn't working and not repaired during stay. Lounge chairs extremely uncomfortable with no cushions to cover the steel center bar. AC wasn't working in gym so very uncomfortable during workout with the heat & humidity. No on-site laundry or ice, would be nice to have on-site these simple needs that are use to in nicer hotels. Rate was good for low season, worry about it going up by 4 times in cost during high season and can't stay there on return trip in 6-9 months.

The service and hotel staff were very good and available for anything we needed.Sukanya was very kind and nice to us, and provided excellent service. She was fun, funny, pleasant to talk to, and helped us with everything we needed.Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel.

Safe didn’t work they had 3 attempts which didn’t resolve it 3 rooms all had same problem

The room was large, tidy and clean; and the bed was comfortable. The hotel location is in the centre of nightlife, but is very quiet.

The breakfasts were not very good.

The pool was not cleaned out we had bugs in the pool wouldn’t take a lot for someone just to clean the pool out in the morning before it’s used

Breakfast on second day got in just as some Jewish festival had ended and room filled with loads of religious men.I have been to Israel three times and really like it and am very pro-Israel. All spoke a mix of Hebrew and English. Tried to get talking and be friendly but got blanked and felt ... well not a pleasant experience on holiday.Been there many times however and will go back again as this was my first negative experience and love the breakfast but religious intolerance I can live without.

The entire hotel Is worn out.Didn't get the room I booked nobody cared at front desk.And now owned by the jewish community, the singing the row was horrendous.Never ever stay here keep awayBooking.com.useless as well tried to contact several times never emailed or returned messages ? Please avoid this scruffy worn out doss hole at all cost.

Strange smell through the hotel. I complained and they gave me a can of air fresher. Other guests also smelt it.Lifts very very slow. Entry to hotels along a narrow lane full.of rubbish bins. Rats in lane everywhere.

We didn’t stay we checked in and left within an hour. Bad smell. Noisy air conditioning. The photos online must have had a lot of photoshop or AI work as they didn’t look anything like the hotel we arrived at, eventually……And for me and and my wife who is Thai and we both know Pattaya, not to mention the taxi driver who also knew Pattaya very well to spend an hour and a half trying to find the hotel which has no street frontage was the start of a bad experience.

Clean and tidy.

Needed to be modernised.Lift access open to anyone, did not like the security of that. No need to scan room key to enter lift.Walk to hotel from Main Street was via alleyway with bins and smelly drains.

Was a very bad experience being that I used to always book with Centara hotels. My girlfriend was hounded by your security every time she came back to the room demanded her phone or she could not stay with me even tho I had given her own room card. She was spoken too very disrespectfully and made to feel very uncomfortable we was going to book additional nights but left due to the service! The front seat staff were always sleeping and sent my luggage to the wrong room. Very bad impression left by centara do not think I will be booking with them again as I will mention in my travel vlog!

They changed the room for us on arrival as the one one provided smelled of stale urine.Decent tea and coffee facilities

Insects in the bedroom, in the bed and in the bathroom. The hotel had a general smell of feaces in the lobby and surrounding area. Terrible WiFi.They charge 60 baht for 10 baht water ?

helpful staff. room was good. bed is comfy. enough car park, even it hard to find at the first time arrival.

Shower room was not clean, some hairs from previous guest in the shower room, and it was not clean up until check out. minibar was not cold at all. lucky i did not use it.a bit noisy from air - con for all night long.

The hotel was centrally loacted within walking distance to Central shopping centre, restaurants, 7-11's and all entertainment venues. Despite this the room I stayed was not noisy. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The bed was soft and suited me just right and the room had black out curtains so could sleep in after a night out.The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was stong. The rain shower was delightful with the high water flow. Staff were friedly and helpful.

The pool spa did not work and depite being advised it would be up and running in 2 to 3 days it never worked during my stay. The pool lounges were poor as they had not cushions on them which meant that when lying on them you could feel the support bar underneath digging into your back. Suggest change them or have cushions to put on top of them to make them comfotable.
