Good price, close to terminal 21

The power socket was far away from the bed which mean hard to assess

Hotel is located a far way from beach area so, I need some kind of free transportation to beach area. Hotel supposed to provide it

Location is very convenient. Staff speaks English and offer help if needed. Breakfast need to be improved in my opinion as well as cleaning.

Its location next to a convenience store is nice and its a short drive to some key locations we like such as terminal 21. The rooms were good and the water pressure in the showers amazing. You can talk to staff and quite a few can speak relatively good English.

Maybe I set my expectations too high, but our stay didn’t particularly meet or exceed our expectations. We checked in to 1 room not separating their queen sized bed to the twin room that we ordered. Another room smelled musky and damp in a sour way. We were shortly given another room upon having the housekeeper check if the room odor was salvageable and us requesting for a room change. The hallways and elevator did not particularly have air conditioning so it was hot in those areas. Breakfast was okay, it had quite a bit of variety, but the food didn’t taste great. Maybe they can lessen the variety and improve a bit more on quality. At breakfast, we had accidentally broken a pepper shaker and was promptly billed for the damage for 100 baht. After talking to staff, they said we can choose to not pay if we were unhappy, but the whole situation perplexed us. If you were to ask us, it feels like management is doing some efforts to cut costs. Unfortunately it feels like some policies are at the expense of their customers. We couldn’t particularly blame staff as they were okay, but with the various hotels popping up in the area, the siamese may not be that competitive compared to others.

Location and the restaurant

Rooms were old and tired and lacked an acceptable level of cleanliness. Underground car park unsuitable for low standing vehicles. I scraped my front valance on trying to enter. Housekeeping leaves much to be desired.

Only thing I felt little uncomfortable is that AC has some sewer smell come out into room ,not all time but some times maybe need to be service

Room was clean and perfect, everyday room cleaning service was offered it was ?, staff was great help full.

How ever in the restaurant not attentive service was given, like even empty plates will be on the table until the guest leave from the table even there finish long before that.

The area and the property itself are quiet. It’s located in a quiet area with a convenient store and some takeaways options nearby.There’s a fridge in the bedroom and free bottles of water offer once a day. The bed was also comfortable and overall the staff manage to keep the property clean

The bedroom smelled like old sweat and the bathroom needs an upgrade.The equipment in the gym is very low quality and some of the machines didn’t work. So if your primary concerns is cardio when you workout, you’ll be disappointed.I didn’t use the pool as the water was extremely cold.

Hotel was clean , nice staff , room service was good

Siamese hotel has a great breakfast and I can't go there without it! The overall comfort of the hotel and it's level of good looks and comfortable soft bed are incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Very poor security. In a room next to mine, a quarrel occurred and the reason was that someone entered the hotel and came to an adjacent room without the consent of the person who lives in the room.

“The room is large and has a desk. The location is good, with a convenience store and a pharmacy nearby.”

“What I didn’t like was the strong musty smell of old wood upon entering the room, which felt older than in the photos. The bathroom also had a strong odor, as if it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly—really not okay.”

Reception lady was great and she speaks v good English.Location next to terminal 21 mall is perfect. Also close to the popular massage centre

Staff in food and beverage don't speak English at all. You can't explain what u want

It was our third stay there which says it all really.Ideal for our needs and room / breakfast good standard and good valuue
