Golden Tulip Essential Pattaya Hotel

We got skin infected and have to go see doctor 2 days after staying with the hotel.

I'm surprised why people complain for the the price this place can deliver..Great spacious room with all you need. Nice balcony with great views..overall perfect place to stay away from busy centreJust perfect

States bathtub but not correct shower only. States high speec Wi-Fi but none in rooms only in lobby

Need renovation badly especially in the bathroom shower no power,, rooms spell bad need good air freshener, airconditioner but old but still cool.

It is out of the way if you want to walk. Not really a pedestrian friendly area.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a 3 night comfortable stay at the hotel.

The swimming pool is dirty.

I like the location. The bed is comfortable. The staffs are friendly.

It doesn't have slippers and hair dryer. The bidet is leaking. The room is not nicely maintained.

I wasn't expecting too much, partly due to some bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff addressed my issue about the faulty air conditioning, and were polite and professional. I could see how hard the staff are working.

Calm place without any disturbance but air conditioning was very bad and how many ttmes I called the reception not answering my calls and myself fixed it

I like the hotel staffs because they're so welcoming and friendly and their breakfast is really good. It's a child friendly breakfast especially to those who don't eat spicy foods.

Our room is dripping during the rain, there's no table in the room, so we need to use the fridge as our table, but the balcony is good. The trashcan is so small.

Room , Bathroom, AC, location.It's not same in the pictures...It's old and need maintenance. It's not for holiday accommodation. Wasting of money and time. Not recommended.
