Good location

Too noisy. I was between a pub that is loud until 2 am and a utility room that is loud all day because of the pool jets.

Everything in one place, good pool, restaurant and the administration staff are excellent and very informative and helpful.

This is not my first time here. Enjoy your stay.

I had a room on the ground floor. Too much noise. First and last time.

Location is good if you plan to party. About 1.8 km from walking street.

This is at best a 2 star property. It's a party area so expect loud music till 2-3 am. No hot water in bathroom and selection of room lighting was depressing. No hot water kettle or room safe provided

The room was it a little noisy at night the room was located right on the main road music from the bars till early hours of the morning no facility is in the room to make it tea or coffee their rooms definitely need a kettle

Room was a very good size. Good location next to bars and restaurants, (although the room was amazingly quiet at night). Free onsite motorbike parking, bed was very clean and comfortable, shower was very good, with clean towels, shower gel and toilet paper. Fridge in room with complimentary water.

Room furniture was a little dated, but not a concern.

No breakfast available other than that just location was good.

None or next to no internet during my stay. Extremely noisy pump on a jacuzzi just near the room that consistently turned on. The Television channels were near impossible to watch with very bad reception. My room was rear facing a restaurant and constant noise from staff using equipment and yelling at each other.

My sandals were stolen at the entrance of the swimming pool (It is required to leave them).Staff told me they will investigate with camera, and the day after they told me there's no camera by this side

The room was comfortable and very clean and the location was excellent.

The WiFi was terrible it kept going offline all the time you couldn't watch a half hour video on YouTube without it going offline. The shower was between cold and lukewarm I reported it several times but no Change I was shivering when I got out of the shower even though it was scorching outside.

Nice hotel, good value for money, nice staff, good English at front desk.....

Location brilliant for nightlife food ect. Staff good all round nice pool area and jacuzzi.

Hotel very dated and dull. Work going on at hotel outside rooms but good to see things getting done.

Staff people yelling in the hallways at anytime. People dragging their chairs on tile floor at anytime day or night. Would need to install Padding on chairs legs. And probably tables too. Slamming of doors .!! Day or night ? Why not post a flyer in each room asking people to respect other's privacy .Loud people coming home late at night early morning...My AC was not blowing air . I opened the cover and removed the dirty filters and spray cleaned them in the shower. Bed . The bed sheets should come first. One to cover the mattress, THEN the second one , then the thick comforter comes on top. It gives you the option to remove it if like in my case I don't need it .after all this is Thailand with 30 c + hot outside. Who needs to sleep with so much on its back ??? Just a few details that can make your stay even better ..???

Every time I come to Pattaya I always go to Sutus Court zone 2. They got everything I want. The best price for what you got.Wonderful staff and ideal location.

They should make a "breakfast included" formula.They also should propose rooms with twin beds.

The location is excellent for Soi Bukhaoew. There's always parking spaces and a pool to use.I made a booking for two rooms and then later for an extra room. The hotel contacted me to make sure I hadnt made a mistake.

Extremely basic accomodation - it's ok if you are on a tight budget and don't care about frills.

This is the Worst Hotel that I've Ever stayed in! There was loud music going on until 3am and I may aswel of been asleep in the middle of a night club it was that loud in the Room!
