- Very good firm bed. Room spacious and clean, with nice balcony. Good internet. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good location in a quiet area , yet close to everything.
- Good location. Simple room. Basic stuff. Mattress needs to be changed. Extremely silent. Peaceful stay.
Cons -
- Unfriendly staff, noise, ripped bedsheets
- I only stayed for the night which was good as there was a very unpleasant smell all throughout the corridors. I don't know if it was because my room was situated beside the drainage system.
- The pool a bit small but that is fine to cool down.

The location was not too bad as it was close to the beach. However, it is situated quite far from the main road so getting around the small narrow streets is quite difficult.

Big rooms, everything clean. Good location, close to Bukhao road and within walking distance to the beach.
The pool a bit small but that is fine to cool down.
Good location, friendly staff, good price
Quiet, spacious, got pool, cooking equipment. All in a good stay.
Wifi mostly not working, this should be easy to fix for the owner
Sewage smell. Illegal plumbing. Bed ridiculous!! Ac broke lighting horrible.
Value. Quaint little hotel in an okay location. The staff helped me get the paperwork required to extend my visa on my day of arrival. Quickly and efficiently. No complaints there. Actually I am done.
Location a tiny bit away from some things, but that is person dependent. Hot tell is a bit dated, but not a real issue. Reviewing this late, but nothing really sticks out. There were some of those moth larva things that climb up the walls and life in there own sack, didn't bother me much though.
They gave me a refund when I decided to find a better hotel
Ants do not eat in rooms or leave food anywhere.
free bottled water.kitchen,hot drinking water
broken closet door ask to fix two times said would fix but no
the room was clean but the shower hose came down from the ceiling.made for an awkward shower.
there were no staff at the pool so had to buy refreshments at a mini mart before going up to lounge by the pool.
pleasant apt spacious and generally all things provided, even Netflix on large screen LED, nice balcony and airy.
sometimes dog fighting night hours
Big room rooftop pool very quiet nice big fridge friendly staff
Shower was cold
One of the best places to stay short time in Pattaya.
Not enough light in the bathroom to see yourself in the mirror. Makes it hard to shave for example.
It was a wonderful place to stay short or long. I enjoyed my stay and its not far from Pattaya Beach.
Nice big rooms
Some of the advertised amenities weren’t available
