Rooms dated and repairs required Bathroom tiny and no place to put cosmetics Breakfast choice poor. For the expensive price. Very junior and young staff with poor command of English Hotel catering for large Asian tour groups

A bit of a mold scent in the room

The sea food restaurant has a nice view though the food was a bit average.

The place turned out less nice than we imagined. The room and facilities were a bit run down. The bathroom was surprisingly small and basic. Perhaps it was also the fact that it was off season so the whole place gave a Shining in Summer vibe! The beach next to the hotel is also a bit uninviting. We booked a hotel car for the airport drop for our early morning flight and it turned out to be a basic city taxi with seatbelts not working and crack in windshield! We could have gotten a MUCH nicer car at a cheaper price using Grab. So the least hotel can do is ensure the car coming is up to the standard.

Amazing hotel with incredible customer service even past midnight. All the workers from the receptionist to the security are efficient and hospitable. It is a beautiful location with many amenities. The room and overall offer keeps up 5 star standards.

The bar worker early in the morning was very delayed to respond for a request for a water bottle and had poor hospitality on 12th morning, April 2025.

Unbelievable, best hotel I’ve ever stayed. The pool is by far the most amazing infinity pool. Other guests were typically upscale and very well mannered. Service is incredible with fantastic views throughout the property.

Nothing against the property itself I would not recommend the honeymoon suite for more than two people given significant lack of privacy with that bathroom, even when the curtain is closed

It’s a private beach with lots of litter from the sea, I accept it’s disposed on the beach by the sea but it should be cleaned more regularly

Loved our room and where it was. The entire resort is beautiful. Loved the shower!Most of the staff was very accommodating.

The mattress seemed quite flat and worn, and the pillows hard compared to all the other places we had stayed in Thailand. Staff not very friendly in Breezio and Sunset bars.

No atmosphere because it’s a reception and then you leave reception and walk to what are outbuildings so it hasn’t the a

I wanted to use the sauna and the jacuzzi and while it was available somewhere on the resort for free, I did the mistake of going to the steam room near my room, where they charged me. That was inconvenient.

The hotel has several lovely swimming pools, which were perfect for lounging on hot days. I also enjoyed taking a stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens. The direct beach access was a huge plus; it made it so easy to spend time by the sea.

Breakfast was not included, Also the food at the Breezeo restaurant was not great. ?

The room was spacious and very comfortable especially the sun beds on the balcony.The view of the beach and ocean was amazing.All the pools were great especially the infinity pool and the sun beds very comfortable with very attentive staff.

Very extensive choice of breakfast but too expensive.Need to catch a taxi to go anywhere even to the street with shops and restaurants next door.

The location, right on the beach. However the hotel doesnt have a proper beach. the shore its like a wall and have to go down by stairs in the sea, which is a little bit unsafe, especially when are waves. But the water is not deep near the stairs, so not dangerous. The room itself was nice, a little dated, but with good size, with charm and a beautiful view from the balcony. The cleaning of the room (our room 408) was great, the cleaning lady very good. The politeness of the staff. The food in the Japanese restaurant good but pricey for the quantities offered. We appreciated that we got plenty of complimentary water in the room everyday. As we stayed in the Terrace building where basically are only honeymoon suits,therfor advertised for couples, it is recommendable for the hotel not to host families with children (it happens 2 nights that children were running on the hallway, otherwise, only adults, quiet and pleasant.

Overall its not a 5 star hotel. there are basically 4 hotels, nice interiors, but ´dead´. The bar with sea view is beautiful but awful drinks (we tried few of them :((((The food on the beach restaurant not good. We tried the italian one, which was average. We ordered take away food from panoramic restaurant and it was a joke. The soups where good but ridiculously small portion (basically 4-5 spoons), the chicken with rice was tasty but small as well, so we paid equivalent of around 55 euros for 2 people (which is a lot for Thailand) for very very little food. A shame! Never bought again food from them. Overall boring, no music, no activities, no entertaining, everything closing starting 9 pm, basically at 10pm everything closed, including the bar. What? Really we had to go out of the hotel almost everyday to feel a little action and life in Pattaya. Luckily very close, 5 min walk on the beach, there are 4 or 5 restaurants with great sea view, music and good food.

Not much to honest apart from the views from the pool

Our room was very disappointing, it wasn’t cleaned properly every day I did complain but nothing happened.We didn’t get fruit or any welcome pack ( my brother staying did in his room) our room was an upgrade to his. The service was awful we waited for an hour for a coffee at the pool, there weren’t anywhere near enough sun beds. We felt so disappointed we checked out and booked into another hotel for the remaining 10 days of our holiday.

The property is clean and generally the staff service was ok. My room was cleaned and serviced as you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The service was inconsistent especially in the restaurants and around the pool area, orders didn’t turn up or would regularly take over an hour. I would have hoped for poolside service in a 5 star hotel but sadly that was not the case. The hotel is at the far edge of Pattaya with very little around it so you need to get a taxi if you leave the hotel. The hotel can generally organise a taxi having added a significant commission although during busy periods taxis are not always available so you are left trying to organise your own. Food, drinks and spar costs are expensive and multiples of the costs outside. The availability of sun beds around the pool area is not adequate with beds full by 9am.
