Hotel J Residence Pattaya

Location is good, around 10 minutes walk to Terminal 21, 15 minutes walk to shows. Good price

The room is a lot worse compare to J inspired Hotel which is located next building. The shower head splash water everywhere. My room window faced a parking lot, you can hear big bus engine noise sometimes.

Clean Big room Very good breakfast

Location is far away to the center

Location , on the main road so easy to book a grab

We stayed at J Residence and were quite disappointed with our experience. The staff were not friendly and rarely smiled — especially the receptionists, who seemed rather rude. We had to carry all our bags to the rooms by ourselves. The rooms are spacious but very old, with poor bedding — the mattress was hard and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The hotel really needs to improve the bedding quality. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Comfortable to stay good facilities good buffets breakfast I like this hotel

I had a great stay at Hotel J Residence Pattaya. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent — convenient for getting around and close to many attractions. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was good, I have no complaints.

Loved my stay at Hotel J! Clean, peaceful environment with convenient location - easily walked to Terminal 21 and other attractions. My room was spacious and spotless. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The two swimming pools offer different vibes - perfect for whatever mood you’re in. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pattaya!

The room was quite spacious

I booked a different hotel Hotel J Residence, but they checked us in another hotel, Hotel J . Halal food offers were not available

Personnel nice

We ask for king bed and we have two single beds stick together

- Super great location- Good breakfast. - Comfortable atmosphere - Friendly staffs- Very reasonable price

- Treadmill in the gym is not working well

Location,facilities and staff

The bed was very hard so I didn’t sleep well.

The area is peaceful.

Fitness room no good. Equipment broken. Not enough weights.

The location

The staff are very Unsociable never ? smile or pass the time of day with you there was only the bell boy who spoke or smiled What do you like about the property? The location? What didn’t you like about the property? The staff are very Unsociable there was only the bell boy who spoke and smiled

The front office staff, the security staff, housekeeping staff are all very delightful.

Cleanliness, safety box and the balcony

The shower head was horrible. It was a nightmare, the beds could also be better. Sleep is essential to anyone who rents a room and short on time.

Would not come back to this hotel

1. Shower in the junior suite floods2. Staff friendlyness not visible 3. Room not cleaned properly4. Not a five star hotel

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and up to standard. The room and bathroom were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient, just a few minutes from a big shopping center.Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and fully furnished. The pool was nice,.At least I will be back to this structure again.

the gym machines needs to be changed or fixed.

It was near to mall Terminal 21.Swimming pool is good.

Gym was terrible. They only have toys to play with it in gym.Everything is broken. There is not a single treadmill to run on.There is no air conditioner in the so called gym

The stay was fine, more of a 3* experience than a 4* one. The room is basic and clean. The bed is large and comfortable. It’s in a good location close to main amenities in town.

There are 3 separate buildings. The one we got was really far from the pool, across a carpark. The other buildings looked much nicer. Maybe ours was a budget one as we got a cheap last minute deal? The shower over bath is not ideal, especially as our plug got stuck down and needed us to call for someone with a plunger to pull it out and let the water drain. The shower curtain is cheap and sticks to you as you shower. Overall the stay is fine for a night or two, as a base to go out and see the city, but definitely not for a full holiday.

Good location , Good facilities I like a gym swiming pool and bathtubs in my room
