Absolutely appalling attitude of front desk staff when I requested a second chair so that my partner (room booked for two) could sit next to me at the long bench in the room. Where was she supposed to sit? On the floor? Was shown promotional photo w/- 1!

Normally stay at Flipper House, Flipper House is just as good for everything and close to beach.

i like everything there, right there in the centre of everthing, with walking distance, would recommend and stay ther again upon my next visit.

The location was perfect for us. Just on the main road and beside the beach, yet calm. You can reach walking street within 10 mins.

There was a 8-10 ft flight inside the hotel without any lift. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

We were so close to the beach! The beach is just down the road. The showers and beds were big and it was a good price.

Checkout took a long time - probably 20 minutes. I didn't have any complaints about the hotel itself, but the bars surrounding it are loud. It's not loud inside the hotel and once you get to the beach it's fine, but the road to the beach is loud and kind of PG-13 rated.

Location is great. Close to everything. The AC worked great. Kept my room nice and chill.

Have stayed there a couple of times in the past and always pretty good experience. This time not good at all. I think we stayed where staff stays or something. Tons of dirty laundry and sheets outside room when we arrived. Room had terrible smell of smoke. Room it’s self kinda dirty. Really noisy from bar next door. One would think a previous guest would get decent room ( I’m not talking about upgrade, just decent room) especially when it’s low season and hotel is FAR from booked up. Sorry guys, can’t see staying with you again, we will see. Disappointed for sure.
