- Shower with no curtain water all over the place very annoying
- no TV in room the safe did not work bugs in room no mini bar in room the shower spays all over the bathroom floor it was the most uncomfortable bed
- Chose the wrong room and got a jacuzzi tub with no shower, I prefer shower.

The cleanes of a room empty pack of condoms everywhere bathroom always use to get flooded while having a shower also if u made a bed sheets abit dirty u would get charged for it it was a first hotel I had to pay money if I made a bed sheets dirty
Excellent Staff. Service, friendly, helpful , respectful. Especially Rose and Dream. Any concerns I had were resolved quickly and politely. I stayed for two months. Obviously I was satisfied. I will recommend The Grand Lodge to anyone interested in visiting Pattaya.
Mold stains in shower. Small TV.
Good location across from the Avenues shopping centre. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable.
Rude reception desk which is only open 8am to 8pm. Often my room was cleaned as late as 5pm. The bar across the road has a band and it is thunderous in your room until 1am. Asked to change room and was given a blunt no from reception.
Nice location, a community mall just crossing the road
In the middle of pubs and bars, so it’s a bit noisy til 1am.
