I liked the semi-private beach and friendly staff at breakfast. The internet was super fast in my room, my single bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was big. Every big-ticket item they performed well on except cleanliness and upkeep.

Great location on Samae Beach, rooms tucked away from the road, nice and quiet, beach in front of the hotel very nice, breakfast buffet good selection of Asian and western foods.
A lot of dogs roam the area around the hotel, they were not aggressive, but there was a lot of growling and barking when you walked past with food.

Facilities are basic but clean & comfortable( bed is very firm ) - for me an advantage But not for everyone Complementary coffee & ramen came in handy when we woke up late
Had a lovely time and loved everything especially the private beach and the whole beach wasn't too busy, the staff were extremely friendly and you won't get any better for the price and location ??️

Hotel provide ARR & DEP transfers by group shuttle. Best beach on the island. Perfect location. Provide daily shuttle to the village market.

Extremely helpful staff and great communication also in English! Sunbeds are provided at a nice area of the beach, pretty clean water great for swimming. Comfortable and clean beds. The departure shuttle which takes you to the pier really makes life easier.
Number of sunbeds is limited and they are very close together. Sometimes the area around the sunbeds was a bit smelly and music in the morning made the area less peaceful. A lot of stray dogs around, but it seems to be like that in a lot of places around the island. Breakfast is okay. Some things in the room were falling apart a little bit (e.g. lever handle of the shower), but still functional, AC worked perfectly!
The property is located right next to the Samae beach, where you can use free hotel lounge chairs. In the night time is very quiet. Good breakfast buffet. Nice seating area in front of the room. Transport from/to Naban pier.
The drainige in the shower does not work properly. The mini fridge has the freezer like one solid piece of ice.

Fridge too small and freezer not working.Safe was locked shut.Floor not cleaned well...black hairs all over floor.Toilets in outside space of bar and restaurant were terrible. This is unusual for Thailand.I reported the fridge and safe but nothing was done.
