Nice hotel with sea view from every rooms, is clean & comfortable. Wish to stay there again for my next trip.

Room was great we got the upgrade that's nice , staff welcomed us well and had service mind Breakfast was great, variety of food ... We didn't swim because there are limit seats but there are 2 pools we didn't go down to swim For us we came for rest and relax .... quiet place and great room are perfect for usIn addition, staff are vert nice, kind, helpful, welcoming and smile alreadyShutter buggy was great to service us to the main road

Pool area maybe more seats Welcome drink...it could serve us for the first time of arrival might get better ... we got coupon we thought might be something that we could order but the hotel already prepared so it might be better to serve on check in More shutter bus during the busy time

The breakfast with sea view is the best!!! And the location is very to go to mall which is a huge plus ?

The staff were very professional and went above and beyond, they even gave me a birthday surprise.

There could be more in the way of parking facilities. Maybe not possible, however due to land limitations.

I love the layout n easiness - it also is surrounded by nature and love the pool bars

By far, the staff were the best part of the hotel — very attentive and friendly. The location is great, and the cleanliness was ok in general.

Actually i was expecting more for breakfast , its too crowded and messy at the main breakfast area. I was lucky enough to escape to the lounge on 24 floor .

It was a clean, quiet hotel with great facilities. The pools were beautiful and food was great.

The breakfast spread was good but seemed like a lot of variety but ended up with not much to eat.

Absolutely Not a 5-Star Experience – Avoid if You Value Comfort and PrivacyThis was, without exaggeration, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid in. I have no idea how this hotel dares to brand itself as 5-star. It’s far from it.First of all, this place seems to cater primarily to a certain crowd of Asian influencers who roam around in groups, live-streaming themselves non-stop around the pool areas with zero regard for anyone else’s privacy or experience. It felt more like a social media set than a place to relax. Kids, families, and other guests are constantly caught in the background of their videos and photos – and the hotel staff does absolutely nothing about it.The front desk and parts of the breakfast area were infested with banana flies – incredibly unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be high-end.Now, to be fair, the location is good, the staff in the lobby were polite and service-minded, and the rooms look nice at first glance. But that’s about where the positives end.The beds are shockingly bad – rock hard and impossible to get a good night’s sleep in. The pool area lacks any atmosphere whatsoever – no music, no vibes, just endless live-streaming and staged photo sessions. Dishes and drinks would be left out for hours without being cleaned up, and the general cleaning seemed slow and poorly managed.If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and relaxing stay – look elsewhere. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money.

Room has an amazing view across Pattaya beach, standard room great size and well laid out, good size balcony too chill and eat , highly recommended

The rooms are large and comfortable. The bed is big and comfortable. Two beautiful swimming pools. Close to the city center but offers peace and rest from the hustle and bustle of the city.They offer free transportation every half hour.

The hotel is large and there is always a bit of a crowd at breakfast. Although I am generally very satisfied, I think the hotel does not deserve five stars. On the other hand, its price is not as high as other 5-star hotels. Therefore, I think the service you get for the price is excellent.

The Internet is useless. You keep getting kicked out.The cost of the steam room is rediculous.

Everything VIP on the top floor was awesome And you know what was even betterFree cocktails for 2 hours Everyday we were there, lol

The bed was Abit hardWe got the suite with the poolAnd the lights in our pool didn't workWhich was Abit upsetting It was our 15th Wedding Anniversary ❤️

Property is beautiful and staff the same, but construction next door and Pattaya is awful. Such a shame that the beach is full of dirt and plastic!

There is a site under construction next door. Rooms are new but beds rock hard. Staff lovely, breakfast lovely, but after a day, head back to Bangkok!

The pools are well located, breakfast had a variety of foods from around the world, the front door staff were amazing and really helpful.

The covered lounges by the pool were not cleaned, still had dead leaves under the mattresses and the mattresses had black mold on them. The beach is not very clean

Amazing Grounds and Pool Area.

When you are using the pool you CANT bring any fruit or food to eat with you!! How absurd to be on holiday and cant have snacks by the pool.Room was average, annoying aircon that made noise through out the night, turns off if the balcony door is left open so no fresh air, it also faced the bed so its cold and made me sick. Housekeeping needs A LOT of training, they leave you cakes but no utensils to eat it. Upon checkout they accused us for taking soap that was displayed in our room that was for sale, which the housekeeping staff took away and did not communicate to reception, which made us feel like thieves!! Breakfast could have better variety, Western and Asian same every day. Same soup, pastry, fruit, dishes, salad ect.
