Birds and Bees Resort

The room has really bad smell like shit during the whole stay. I once complained about it on the second day, the staff tried to cope with it but it didn't fully solve this issue. Except for this, everything was beyond my expectation.

It's our forth stay and we always enjoy this place with nice compound, swimming pools, the beach. The breakfast has great selection.

We stayed at Big Bug room thus time and the noice from the next room was extremely loud. No sound proof at all. If you're staying at both rooms as a family, it works but otherwise this room needs improvement. We'll still come back but will stay in different rooms.

The restaurant was excellent. Whoever is the chef, take good care of him/her, they cook very well. I like their food! Also, the resort was beach front. I like the beach. It was clean and relaxing.

Some of the areas have a lot of mosquitoes since it’s very forest like place. I think they just have to fix that part of the resort. And unfortunately, they were renovating the adult pool during our stay.

Loved the jungle garden and loved being able to stay in a bunk room with our young kids. Also loved the children’s pool!

We arrived to find that the main pool was closed for renovation— would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also the condom-clad mannequins rather degraded the otherwise gorgeous setting.

The pool was nice. The beach was kind of private and quiet. The restaurant was nice, food was good.

The beds were very hard, the rooms were a little bit dark, and some mildew in the bathrooms.

My wife and I had a horrendous experience at Birds & Bees Resort in Pattaya. We have travelled to over 5 countries in the last 4 months and stayed at over 10 hotels, and this was by far the worst of them.When we checked in, upon realising that our room was darkly lit due to the lack of natural sunlight and poor electrical lighting, we requested to see if there was another room. They said the only option was to go for a deluxe upgrade. Upon requesting the details of the deluxe option, they tried to take advantage of us by quoting a price that was 50% above what was available on booking.com When we pointed out the price disparity, they reduced the rate.The workers at the reception and security were incredibly rude. They talked down to my wife and I.Then in the evening, we realised that the room did not have functioning hot water and sufficient water pressure. When we called for assistance, they did not respond for nearly an hour. Then they asked us to move to another room at 3 in the morning since they did not have maintenance staff.Having undergone these terrible experiences, we asked for a refund for at least one of our two nights since we have not even stayed a full one night. They refused.We checked out immediately, took the cost hit and checked in at another hotel nearby which was significantly better.The horrible experience does not end there. At the very end, the receptionist at Birds & Bees tried to charge us a fee for "misplacing" the room card but soon realised that he himself has taken it and put it in the office drawer.I urge viewers to avoid this hotel at all costs. There are better options in Pattaya.

The location.

The staff were not very attentive or particularly helpful. The room was a little outdated and the bathroom was very dark. The blinds on the windows let in too much light. Had to wait for items to be replenished at breakfast. Drinks orders were forgotten. Food was not always well cooked (fries and fish).

The beach horrible and so little.The roommate stole 200.- CHF on my wallet during my breakfast and Rayban glasses.

We had an enjoyable stay. The clue is in the name (birds woke us up each morning) so we asked to be relocated. It's a a little bit of the way but easy to use the grab app or rent a vehicle. We enjoyed the breakfast with a view. Thanks to everyone in service at birds and bees resort.

The garden and ambiance are beautiful, staff are nice, pool is so good

The room looks ok but not nice , beach has too much rock, gravel so I can't walk on the beach. The decoration which is made with condom everywhere make me confuse when bringing children with, especially the children question.

My brother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for several days. The staff is really friendly and nice. The rooms are clean and equipped with essential amenities such as a hairdryer, dental kit, etc. The room was cleaned daily, and complimentary water was provided, which was a pleasant touch. The breakfast buffet is really good, while our lunch and dinner experiences in the restaurant were exceptional, with not a single dish falling short of expectations. The hotel's lush green territory was particularly impressive. Despite its evident popularity among international tourists, it never felt overcrowded or lacking in privacy, allowing for a tranquil and serene experience ???‍♀️

The only drawback was the somewhat unreliable internet connection; at least in our room, sometimes we couldn’t simultaneously watch videos in a good quality :(

The resort was nice and green everywhere. Loved that.

The beach was not clean. Saw lot of plastic bottles and glass pieces everywhere. Lots of other garbage too.
