My fourth stay there, and Zing never disappoints. I was lucky to get an upgrade to a Pool suite - very large and comfortable. I also love the hotel’s convenient location, relaxing poolside area, great breakfast and friendly staff.

I staid here already a few times and always come back. Price Value is unbetable.

the bathroom smells a bit moldy

Staff are consistently very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant is excellent and breakfast is served till 2pm!

Quiet, tasty breakfast, close to the beach and to the bus station, welcoming staff, all this for a very reasonable price ... this is a wonderful place to stay in Jomtien. Now if they could make adjusting the shower temperature easier, it would be great (but I am sure it has been fixed by now)

It is predictable. We know what standards will be. Front desk staff were all exceptionally helpful as this time I wasn’t as mobile as in the past.

It’s getting a little dated , but for me I’m happy with that. The water temperature was colder than I expected but pool very clean. Nothing to worry about.

The room was good, spacious, and clean. We had a terrace looking out at the pool, very pleasant. The pool is great too. The staff is the most friendly and eager to help. Nice location in close proximity to the beach. The water on the beach wasn't the cleanest though so we opted for the pool.

Due to high humidity, the air in the room smelled a bit moldy and it was hard to breathe. The bathroom is quite small and old, but totally okay to stay for a few nights.

Comfortable clean hotel in a good location. Close to a great massage center run by the blind society of Thailand. And also close to a great french-owned and run bakery/cafe. 10 min walk to the beach. And lots of street food and restaurants near by.

The only disappointment was the gym. Equipment was old and of lower quality. But at least they have a gym.

The location. Most of the staff were friendly, but not as friendly or service minded as all other places I stayed in Thailand.

The facilities are in bad condition, e.g painting, and in general things look old fashioned. The pool area la ks any charm whatsoever, and it feels claustrophobic.

This place is great - very basic accommodations but suitable for my needs. Really big room with good WiFi connection, air conditioning, hot water and plenty of storage space. The room was cleaned daily and I got fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast is out of this world with a large selection and eggs cooked to order. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic and an awesome break from the hot sun.

The double bed was actually two beds pushed together - not a huge deal for a solo traveler like myself but might bother couples. Also, the bed was quite firm - I can handle it but could be an issue if you prefer a softer bed. The noise from the nearby bars wasn't too bad but I do recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Received an upgraded room again around pool. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower and tub, and good hot water pressure.

Wi-fi in spite of many router choices, was spotty and dropped often.

Excellent service by all staff. Location bedding quality and room amenities ( essentials ) a highlight. Breakfast/lunch buffet at 250 baht superb.

For early birds, At 7 am pool towels not always on hand

Great value for money. Staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. The facility is located right in the heart of Pattaya in the walking street, and close to most tourists destinations. The breakfast is very delicious and unlike other hotels, it's served till 2pm. Had an amazing time and will definitely visit again.

Pool is small but good for relax. Room is biger than i expect. The staffs are all friendly.

Clean, Quiet , and Safe.Very conveniently located to the Jomtien Walking Street and beach.

Upgraded corner room was a nice size with 2 sitting chairs and desktop area, and 2 small balconies. Lots of sunlight on top floor. Comfortable bed. A/C worked well. Staff was cordial and efficient. Located inside Jomtien Complex gay "walking street" and open to all.

No complaints. Parking is a bit difficult with the hotel/resort in a sub-soi.

No fans in the room. Gets very hot and the one AC cannot keep the room cool. No toiletries are provided.
