Great location and staff

No easy coffee early

We we're really enjoyed the stay in this beautiful resort.our the service, the food, the environment and facility was awesome¿

The air condition was a little noisy, if the can approved was be great.

Everything was amazing! The staff was very helpful and so kind, the location was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious! If I am ever in Thailand again this is where I would stay. Hands down best hotel I have ever stayed.

I recently stayed at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel Pattaya, and overall it was a memorable and relaxing experience. The beachfront location is undeniably one of its strongest assets—stepping out to those calm shores and soaking in the sea breeze made each day feel like a true getaway. The views from the property are equally impressive, whether you're looking out from the pool area or enjoying the panorama from your room.The amenities are excellent as well. The pools and on-site dining options are all well-maintained and offer plenty of variety, and I appreciated that there were ATMs right outside the hotel (a feature many hotels seem to forget, which is particularly useful in Pattaya's still cash-based economy). It’s clear that the hotel strives to provide a full resort experience, and in many ways, it succeeds.

If I had one critique, it would be the price point. While the service and setting are high-quality, I did feel the rates were a bit steep considering the hotel’s age (my room was beautiful, but I could tell it was a bit older, as was the decor on the room floors). Some areas could benefit from more modern updates to fully match the premium pricing.

Simply amazing property. Got an incredible deal in October Multiple swimming pools, excellent restaurants, wonderful room with sea view. Lobby is spectacular. Staff is very friendly and welcoming

There is a construction sound at 7 am morning and its very annoying, so respond to the staff and nothing happened or compensation

Very nice room and facilities. The swimming pool overlooking the beach is very nice. Food at the restaurant was good.

the fact that they dont accept or exchange south african rands when i was told by the hotel that they accepted all currencies

Luxury feel. Pools were nice but could have been warmer for a luxury resort as the sea breeze made them a bit cold.

Kids club is more for preschoolers and it was charged per hour. Kids pool could be a little warmer as it's in the shade and cold. Outdoor Parking a bit chaotic and the parking structure is a bit far. Be careful as rooms are multilevel and you could easily trip or stub your towel. No local tv channels or cable tv, just a bunch of apps.

After you check out they don’t offer any room for you to shower and get ready to the airport , you literally have to go with all your luggage in the pool area and use the bathroom in this section, pretty uncomfortable and unpleasant, the showers are just the pool showers outside in the patio so you can’t actually shower because everyone can see you, is a open shower, and to dress you have to go to their public bathroom, a total mess

We loved the peace and quiet the resort offered — it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle. The property itself was stylish, beautifully maintained, and had a luxurious, relaxing vibe. The staff were always so friendly, greeting us with warm smiles every time we passed by, which made us feel very welcome and cared for. Having access to a private beach, multiple dining options, and all the facilities we needed right within the resort grounds made the experience even more convenient and enjoyable. It truly had everything we could have asked for.

The location, the hotel is quite far from the city center, so walking wasn’t really an option. We had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go out. Additionally, we were informed that we could only book and pay for taxis arranged by the hotel, which were actually the same taxis you find everywhere else but at a noticeably higher price. That didn’t sit well with us, as it felt unnecessarily expensive compared to the usual rates in Pattaya.

Location, overall facilities, size of the property. Huge swimming pools. Access to private beach. Food was reasonably priced and good standard

Rooms were in low standard of upkeep, looked aged and tired.

It's perfect for a staycation. I didn't have to go out of the hotel. They have everything I need. It's the real relaxation vacation.Comfy bed, nice food, beautiful infinite pool, friendly staff.

Coffee. Somehow, they can't make a nice coffee here, even with the espresso machine. It's doesn't interrupt the trip. Everything else was great!!Oh and if you are taller than 190cm, the shower is lower than you.

Room was good and Breezo restaurant was good, except again slow service.

Service very slow. Should have music playing at pool and a QR code you can order from poolside. The car I booked for our return, was taxi (I didn't book a taxi), and the driver was fallng asleep on the 2 hour drive back to airport. Never again. vey dangerous.

- Fewer complimentary drinks/snacks in the room compared to previous stays at hotels.- Having to pay for the sauna. Steam room out of service but no discount on the purchased package.
