The staff where not friendly, they was no help from porters and they was no information on room service or maybe they did not offer. The stem room was not working and sauna was closed all the time. The housekeeping did not clean room well.

The towels that was given where old or thorn at the edges. I did not see a four star service or hotel on my stay.

Lobbies are very decorative and the hotel is nicely built . i like there breakfast buffet.balconies are quiet attractive and room ambience was soothing .Morever the furniture is nice .

well the receptionists were not friendly at all , they don't want to assist the guests they are very impolite .However other staff members , such as housekeeping staff. Another thing i want to mention is the bath tub in washroom.They are useless.

I liked the price for the amenities it offered. The facilities were great.

The hotel was advertised as being in Central Pattaya, but was actually in South Pattaya and I needed to be in Central Pattaya. Therefore I had to take a taxi everyday to my destination.

Sauna was fine.. Rooms are massive and clean. House keeping is good . Front desk very cooperative.

First of all this hotel is too much focused on indian travellers. Only indian food is served. No pork, beef or bacon. Swimming pool water contained excess chlorine. My eyes were burning. People entered pool in their undergarments no body checked them. I may say say really bad breakfast so dont book with breakfast included. If you wish to eat indian then its fine. Location is fine but 1 km away from walking street.

Very old building and not maintain have to call engineer for make toilet flush food not once but 5 times

Staff was good

The property is a little old. Towels were not clean. Breakfast was not that great.

The hotel is ancient, but the room was good. The location was good, and the breakfast was fair. There are not many facilities inside the room but it was fair enough for two days.

The elevators were not good, and you had to maintain them.

The room is spacious.

There is no soundproofing, and the water in the shower is just warm, not hot. There is also no USB wall socket in the room.

I recently stayed at LK Miracle and it was just okay. The room was spacious but felt outdated. The friendly staff made a positive impact, but the swimming pools needed better cleaning, and the breakfast options were lacking. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a short stay if you value space over modern amenities.

Nothing just old room

No hot water and proper room service

Accommodation is good. But foodings is not upto the mark. I stayed there for 4 days. The breakfast was too bad. Even the fruits served were smelling.

Rooms big close to Pattaya

No breakfast served after covid .Was a good hotel .It's standard has slipped now is ordinary.Years ago exceptional.A bit of maintenance is need

Spacious, beautiful enteriőr ‘ nice and clean pool, but unfortunately for the pool located in the others side - far from the roomLovely personal , the beds and the sheets are good quality.

There is no option for breakfast and the only nearby place to eat is in the Indian restaurant - which belongs to the hotel - and it is not up to standard, very poor food, not enough at all.

I like the hotel service and the staff so friendly really you feel home and it's in the city centre all the service are near by you ??

I don't like one things the number of Indian visitors is so noisy and disturbing you there is some of them friendly and gentle but the most disturbing ?

I enjoyed my stay and if I return to Thailand, I am staying at this location. the room was exquisite and very comfortable. the location was very close to beautiful outlets i.e. malls etc. the food was amazing at the restaurants.

the comfort of the room, close to outlets. atm at the hotel, Indian food at the hotel and affordability of taxi. washing close and its folded and prep for your return. the staff was also very awesome.
