Good staff good location

All good

I always stay at this hotel the staff are always helpful and super friendly

Great location friendly staff

No smoking area by pool

I arrived in the early hours of the morning around 1am, I made the hotel aware that I wouldn't arrive till then as well, When I arrived the room was not as requested the night staff were so un helpful, I got given a room by the noisy road and single beds, Couldn't sleep and no help as was told hotel full but not the case. In the morning I went to see the management to complain, When I spoke to staff in morning and was advised that the hotel wasn't not full and got moved to room I requested and ordered. Staff member Nuch was brilliant and helped me sort room, I an speak highly enough about her help, At last I could finally unpack and relax and enjoy my holiday.

The unhelpful night staff not good

Staff where amazing always happy to help, great rooms and clean

Stayed here the second time mainly because of location. I really like this hotel, the room is clean and bed is very comfortable. I really loved the front desk girl Yui. Yui is extremely so nice and sweet. I would definitely stay here again. Also thankful for the complimentary gift for staying twice. ?

Location.StaffsBreakfastFacilitiesAffordable priceWill stay again when I visit my family in Thailand next time.

Shower door not closed properly. I like separate wet and dry in bathroom.

Lovely quiet location excellent WiFi, excellent air con, very clean,

Staff are not the best. Toilet always broken, half the lights and switches not working. Tried overcharging me on check out, so be careful. Don't loose your key or your charged 300bht for a new one. Pool is cold and shade all day. Won't stay again

The location is good. The staff is friendly and always smiles at you. The room is big and clean. 7-11 is just next to the hotel, so it is convenient for us to get food.

There were not many choices for breakfast, so we decided to go out and eat. Walking distance to Big C hypermarket, food court, and also massage center.

Very friendly staff very helpful got me into my room early

Not bad

I asked for a kind bed and I got two beds with lage rapid by rope....not comfortable at all.

Comfortable value for money

The safe in the room kept not working and the fridge in room 708 didn’t keep items cool . Patio doors let a lot of noise and hot air/ breeze in . Behind the bed doesn’t get cleaned full of dust and dirt .

The worst experience ever ????

Very very terrible!!! I found 3 cockroaches in my room and my brother face one on his bed. omg!!! Room is very dirty and old. This is not 4 stars hotel for sure. And i can’t believe this is one of Centara hotel. It’s very low standard both quality and location. This hotel is near by to crowed village when you open the door you can face this. I booked this hotel for my family for 2 nights but we stay only one night and we decide to change hotel. And the worst this hotel did’t take any responsible. Good bye forever Centara Group.

Staff were friendly , rooms were clean , short walk to walking street and beach, breakfast was good great selection

Nothing I didn’t like

The breakfast is very good plenty of it also the pizza on the special menu was very good the staff are very friendly this is the only hotel I will stay at in Pattaya

The room is so huge. I got the upgraded room. There is 7-11 next door. The price was very good deal for room facilities and amenities. There are room slippers, kettle, lotion, toothbrush set, small and big towels and save box. Staffs are polite and attentive.

The location is not close to beach though there is motorbike taxi service near hotel (I walked to explore area to beach). Foods are more vegetarian and Indian, there are western and Thai foods also but less than Indian foods

I loved the hotel and its facilities. The food was great and the staff were wonderful, very approachable and caring.

There were some issues with some of the guests. Maybe the hotel can put certain policies in place that protect other guests from the rowdier ones. :-)

Excellent value in comparison locally, easy access to the centre, underground parking as well.
